∆Name: nixon hendrix vendetta. that name, i feel like, is pretty cool. around camp, he's known as 'king of the thieves', though.
∆Age: seventeen.
∆Gender: male.
∆Eyes: brown. he has an eyebrow piercing.
∆Hair: nix dyes it so many different colours, it's almost impossible to say which colour of hair he really has. naturally, it's a pale brown, but he usually dies his hair either red or green. but honestly, he's dyed his hair in every possible colour so far. red is his favorite.
∆Height: six foot tall.
∆Body Type: relatively muscly, lean. strong, powerful legs and biceps.
∆Skin Color: pale as hell.
∆God Parent: hermes, god of messengers, travellers, merchants and thieves, aswell as athletics, the home, and trade.
∆Mortal Parent: his mothers name is helen vendetta. his step father is zen jackstone.
∆Country of Origin: nixon is from america, vegas. his mother is quarter asian though, but honestly; nixon doesn't give a sh*t. if someone asks him what heritage he has, he answers 'america.' straight forward and to the point, he doesn't like to boast around with that he's, what, one 23rd italian. because he isn't.
∆Pets: nix has this really, really cute puppy named zander. he's a visla.

∆Talents: nixon, is, obviously, a great thief. he can pick pocket basically anyone, although sometimes even he, a cleptomaniac, draws the line. he's a decent swordsman, but since he depends on agility in battle, he prefers light weapons like knives. he's a strong swimmer and a swift climber, and can reach the top of a tree in no matter of time at all. he's great at parkouring, and even though he's a hermes child, pranking isn't that much of his thing. this doesn't mean he pranks occasionally though. nope. he's great at picking locks, too.
∆Weapon**: nix has an array of throwing knives, namely four. they're don't have names, but they have slightly curved blades, which make them spin lethally in the air. he keeps them either in his belt, or if he's got on his leather jacket, he keeps them in the inside pockets. all CB.
his next weapon is an egyptian khopesh, a curved sword. he rarely uses this, because, as said before, he depends on agility, but sometimes he might have it at his hand. plus, it turns into his swiss pocket knife, and he carries that around with him. always. the khopesh is cb, but painted black at the blade, and gold at the leather handle.
nixon has five cb ninja shurikens, but those are mainly just for fun. can be pretty deadly though, since he throws with lethal presicion.
last but not least, (using my 'extra weapon' on this, won this in a mystery box.) nix has wolverine-like wrist blades. they are basically just black leather, fingerless gloves, but if nix says it's name, which would be 'yuki', the blades pop out at his knuckles. four on each hand. they're made of cb.
∆Personality: nix is overall a bit closed off, but he talks gladly when he has to. he's a born assasin, and his slightly haughty nature make other people wary. he's not good with people that much, and he prefers the company of his puppy, or any animal, for that matter. he's always wanted an automaton lizard, and he's been thinking about getting one from the hephaestus bunch. he's slightly sarcastic, and a tad bit rude, but on the inside, he's very nice and lovable, and loves cuddles.
∆Flaws: haughty/arrogant, slightly rude, majorly ADHD, cleptomaniac, pyromaniac.
∆Abilities:
-- can talk to rams, tortoises and hawks, as those are hermes's sacred animals
-- can understand maps and memorize them in 40 seconds or less
-- can perfectly estimate the speed of a moving object
∆Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): firstly, nixon can unlock things with a mere touch. if he places his hands on the desired lock/padlock, and closes his eyes and focuses, he can make the correct gears and mechanics turn and whirr to unlock it. he can unlock 10 locks a day, but it depends on their size. the biggest thing he could unlock would be a simple- class bank vault, but that would be at his absoloute limits.
nix, can, as his father is the god of flocks and herds, controll a small herd of sheep, horses or cattle. he can tell them in his mind to move either north, south, east or west, but thats about it. the maximum amount of distance that he would be able to command them to go would be around 200 metres, maybe less. the herd can't consist of more than ten animals, however, with a 20 minute break, he can do this 3 times, so technically, with around 40 minutes of pauses between moving ten animals, he could move thirty animals in around an hour.
as nix's father is the god of trade, nix can use persuasive speech. however, he can only use this on people that he wishes to trade an object with, even if it wouldn't be a fair trade. for example; an old man has a TV that nix really likes, so, if nix has an object that is atleast at 300 pounds/dollars/euros at it's price range (if the tv costs 500 euros, nix would have to offer a object that costs atleast 200..etc) he could then, but only then, persuade the man to trade with him. this doesn't work at all times, depending on how resistant the person is. nix can do this once or twice a day, depending on how often he has used his other powers. this lasts until either the trade is rejected by the person nix wishes to trade with, or until the trade is done. if he isn't focusing though, he might not be able to carry it on effectively, which then results in a break of the trade. this lasts overall approx. 5 minutes.
nix can also reverse this, however, causing an unsuccsessfu trade. if someone if wanting to trade something with someone else, nix can magically pop a thought into the person who the other one wants to trade with, and that thought would be something like 'do you really think that guy is safe to trade with? i think not' or, 'that (insert object for trade here) looks pretty skanky... I wouldn't do it.' this usually works, but there isn't a 100% guarentee. he can do this thrice a day.
as hermes is also known to be the god of the home, nix can cast a sort of spell on somebodys home, no matter if it's a cardboard box, or a mansion, that there will not be any thieves, burglars, or criminals breaking into the home for a guaranteed time of 3 days. it builds an invisible bubble around the home, and anyone with bad intentions will simply be blocked off. gods can get around it, however, and for monsters, any monster bigger than a drakon can get through.
and, last but not least, nixon can reinforce his speed by 15%, meaning that his hand movements when picking a pocket would be alot faster. this doesn't apply his running skills. this speed lasts 3 minutes, and he can do this once a day.

∆Life Before Camp*: nix was born into a poor family. he never had much toys, or whatever. he was a bit of a loner, still is, but anyways, he was a loner. most of the time he was tinkering about with scraps of tins, screws or whatever he could find on the street. but most of the time, he was picking locks. that was basically his favorite thing to do. his mother had bought him this tiny padlock and a key, and nix was always mucking about with it, trying to break it open, until he found out how to open them with needle, a fork, and other niftly little things. one day, at the age of fourteen, however, nixon found out he could just place his hand on the lock to open it. his mother was freaked out, and a few days later, a satyr came to bring nix to camp.
∆RP Example*: nixon swiftly heaved himself up. the rungs of the ladder in the underground system of florida were pretty high up. nix had a special skill; he could memorize maps in seconds. even though the memory usually faded after two or three days, it was still amazingly useful. he grinned, and then opened up the small trap-door on left hand side of nix. he unlatched the little latch, and put his hand to the padlock. he felt the gears turning and the small key thingies going click-click-click-click-clack-click. after the last click, the lock churned and nix smiled. another lock for the king of the thieves gone. he then pushed up the trap door, the fished out his snapback hat. easy peasy. as he stepped out into open air, people looked quizically at the trapdoor that hadn't made a noise opening and... why was it opening anyways? he could almost feel the other people around him asking that question. nix smiled as he hurried off down the street, then turning a corner to get to his house.
