Rave casually hops into the boat, taking a seat, and laying his hands calmly on his beach shorts.

I look over at Rave, "I'm just going to wait for the other two guys to come." I already decided in my mind that I was going to push at least one person in.

I walk towards the boat, I jump in and sit down, relaxing my mind. I look around and wait for Thomas to come. I look at Brooke and see a mischievous look, I turn away and smile. That girl is way too hyperactive, I think to myself.

"Of course," Rave grins, laying back in the canoe, relaxing. "However, if I somehow fall in you should both prepare to be blinded."

"Blinded?" I ask, "Why would we be blinded?" I ask him suspiciously. I sit down more restless now, for some reason I had a sudden burst of energy in me. I look up and see it was just morning and I suddenly realize my dad is god of the morning star, so I must get a bit of energy from the morning sun.

"Hold up, you're saying you can blind us if we saw your eyes?" I ask him, a bit confused, I start tapping my fingers on my knees trying to calm my nerves.

"Why else would he wear glasses 24/7?" I tell Zane. I start tapping my hands on the sides of my canoe. "What is holding Thomas up?" I ask, not really directed towards anyone.

"It's not like I've known him as long as you, I didn't know he wore his glasses 24/7." I say calmly. I look across the plain hoping to see Thomas, but I don't see him.

I didn't hear what she said, but I guessed it wasn't important so I just stared into the water and watch as the fishes swim along.

I was at least expecting him to hit me, but he did not even make a move towards me. I slumped down in my canoe. I was small enough that I could fit in where a normal sized person legs would be. The only part that stuck out of the canoe was my head. "Comfy," I say in a sarcastic tone.

I laugh as she squeezes herself in the small space. "Looks very comfy." I say sarcastically and grin. I dip my hand in the water and splash her, "Wonder if you can get out of your comfy spot to get revenge." I say and smile slyly.

Well, I now knew who exactly I was going to push in later. I squirm out from the leg area, and sit back up. "Oh yeah." I say with a smile, "I can." I shoot my hand into the water, and splash right back at him.

"Okay, stop, stop." I say laughing, "I surrender." I say and put both my hands up, still laughing. I look around Thomas was no where to be seen, "Wonder where Thomas is." I say.

When Zane was saying stop, for the first time in ages, I actually laughed, not a half-hearted laugh but a real laugh. I suddenly get all serious again. "Yeah, where is Thomas?"

I look at Rave and crack a smile, I would've dozed off too, but I was too energetic at the moment. I got out of the boat and looked around, I jumped back in, "Maybe we should leave without Thomas." I suggest.

I nod my head in agreement. "Yeah, but that seems like a really jerky thing to do." I let out a sigh, waiting was not one of the things I could do easily. "Let's just wait a couple more minutes."

I nod my head, "Okay, a couple more minutes, if he's not here by then, we should either go fetch him or just leave." I say, I was feeling very restless now, it was almost as if I couldn't sit still, I stated drumming my fingers on my leg.

"Can't stand the inactivity can you?" I ask him in a mocking tone. I notice he was making finger drum beats. I start tapping my fingers on the side of my canoe, matching his beat.

I stop drumming and glance at Brooke as if to say She did it, I look at her and smile slyly. I immediately look away and act as if I had no clue what was happening.

I kept drumming my fingers until I noticed that Zane stopped, showing that I was the one doing it. "I'm doing that goddamn tapping." I snap at him. Then with my voice just above a whisper, "Sorry." I needed to stop thinking everyone was going to abuse me like how they did at the academy.
