Aaron thought Camp Half-Blood had some of the best nature he'd seen since he moved here from Hawaii, though he really hadn't been to many other places. Aaron was taking a stroll on the beach when he decided that it was too hot. The forest looked nice and shady, so he was now exploring the woods. Despite it being January he was wearing shorts and a short-sleeved top the color of his hair. He had slipped on some slightly worn black sneakers.
Aaron was extremely careful not to be too noisy. If there were any mythical creatures here, he didn't want to scare any away. He had spent his day learning how to ride horses, climb the lava wall, memorize the 1st declension of latin, sword-fight, and the study of mythical creatures. He certainly deserved this break!
Aaron ran his hand through his hair as he observed a tall white ash tree. He reached up and grabbed the first branch, then, pulling himself up, he began to climb the tree.
Suddenly, Aaron heard something. He whipped his head around to see if he could identify where the sound was coming from, but no luck.
"Hello?" he called.
