Training and Stuff

While waiting on responses from the two boys, Dallas had managed to get into all pieces of armor except her helmet. Sliping it over her head she would say: "Ryan has a point, actually. But the question was good enough, kid." Picking up her sword, she would walk closer to the two of them, getting into a battle stance herself before moving is a swift way to disarm Ryan.

OK then. So he would have to watch this rude girl attack the Ares kid. Besides, he thought attacking from behind would be basically equal to cheating. And he preferred losing than cheating. So, he watched, keeping his guard up.

"Alright then. Let's do this." It would be too obvious for him to attack first. An Ares kid would, according to sterotype, should strike first, but this was different. It wasn't 1v1 or 2v2 or even an army against an army. It's was 1v1v1, a free for all. A Mexican Standoff. And in a Mexican Standoff, it was he who struck first who would certainly loose. Clearly it would be best to wait and strike once the other two went.

And no one wanted to attack. George starting looking nervously at both his opponents. They certainly seemed to... have a plan. In contrast to him, he thought. Then the Poseidon girl got one hand behind her back. Was she... mocking them? George thought if someone attacked her at this point, basically when she was in an unorthodox stance, he had more chances of beating her. Then of course George himself probably had none. So... we wait? Pretty much.

Ryan looked back and forth between his two opponents, taking notice of the hand behind the girl's back. What she was doing, Ryan didn't know, and it wouldn't be a good choice to dwell on it. And then the George kid didn't look too keen on attacking, so he hadn't folded yet.

This could take awhile...

Dallas had come to the conclusion that perhaps the 1v1v1 thing wasn't such a good thing, however, the 1 foot round sphere was now in her hand. Personally, the girl had nothing against George, he was just quiet, a bit to quiet. With a very fast flick of the wrist, the orb of water would go towards the child of Athena.

George should have expected use of powers, it was one of the few logical explanations. However, he didn't and was hit by a water sphere. It mostly made him soaking wet than hurt him, though to be fair he was knocked back a bit. It was mostly a distraction and annoying. And would probably make him an easier target, though he wondered why he was targeted with the attack instead of Ryan. After all, he'd be harder to put down, probably.

Oh S**T! So the damn girl just decided that powers were in effect. Well f***. Seeing her as the most likely threat, Ryan took a jab towards Dallas, hoping to catch her off guard.

All in all, Dallas was pleased at the look on George's face when the water hit him. The powers had apparently taken both of the boys off guard. She caught a glance of Ryan out of the corner of her eye, bringing her own sword up for a parry. No matter how good the girl was at sword play, Ryan was the son of war, and seemed to have a few tricks up his own sleeve. She turned just in time to have a scratch made across the front of her chest plate.

The Poseidon girl seemed to have enjoyed uh... making George wet? He's male so he guessed it was appropriate to put it that way. Anyway, the other two collided and Ryan seemed to have landed a successful hit on the girl. Good for him. George debated attacking from behind, but did not proceed, thinking that it would be wiser,to see how things played out instead of acting kind of cowardly.

S***t; it actually worked! "WOO!" exclaimed an excited Ryan, happy that his moonshot of a strike landed. Careful not to leave himself exposed, he hastily stepped back, nearly tripping in the process.
