A cold run through the woods.

Blake arrived at the beginning of the forest dressed in a gray t-shirt and a pair of blue jeans. He began to stretch while he awaited Que to arrive. Their date had went off without a hitch and Blake felt like there was an almost permanent grin on his face.He really liked Que and she seemed to like him. He still wondered how he ended up going out with a knockout like her. She so interesting, there is so much about her that he still wants to find out.

After Quetzalcoa left the date with Blake, she went to the Athena cabin to change her clothes form the semi dress casual to her clothes that she worked out in. She put on her black shorts, grey tank, and black tennis shoes before heading back to meet up with her date. Que looked around to the forest to see the son of Khione. "Hola, Blake." She said once she found him. "Ready for this run, no?"

Blake stopped stretching when Que began to speak with him. "Well hello to you too" Blake smiled."Yeah i'm ready. I stretched so feel like a horse at the starting gates of race. Which by the way is exactly what this is." Blake ,in order to show how ready he was, started to jump from toe to toe. Things like a simple run always was a bit more fun when there is a little competition.

The daughter of Athena couldn't help, but to laugh at him. "So this is a race now?" Que asked with a grin. "I'm not sure you want to do that." She teased while she started to stretch. She couldn't done this at her bunk, but she didn't want to be late for her jog with Blake.

"I'm sure I want to do it."Blake laughed." The path in front of us is a clear shot. Let's race until either one of us falls too far behind or the other falls. Its more of an endurance race than anything."He would be stupid to challenge her to a plain out race that relied on speed. She would no doubt leave him in the dust,but as long as the  name of the game is endure he might have a fighting chance.

Que smirked, shaking her head a bit. "Alright then. If you want to do this." The Argentinian demigoddess smiled a bit at Blake, looking at the trail, then back at him. "Ready...set...go!" She took off, pacing herself so she wouldn't burn out of energy so quickly.

When Que took off Blake shook his head before taking off. He didn't try to catch up with her, it would waste too much of his energy. Instead he kept a steady pace as he ran through the trees and the undergrowth. He was constantly scanning for any path that could put him in the lead without tiring him out.

Gods Quetzalcoa loved running. Running made everything better than what they were. She was about to slow down so that she could run side by side with Blake, but quickly remembered that this was suppose to be a race. "How are you doing back there?" She asked the son of Khione, looking over her shoulder at him before looking straight again.
