The Little Tiber was a little river that was said to be magical. Dimitri could feel it, just with his powers, grasping the water even slightly felt bizarre, and utterly strange. It wasn't so weird, Dimitri figured. He'd been forced to use all sorts of water during different situations. Polluted water felt very disturbing to will, but it was simply something he had to live with doing when he needed it. If he ever needed the Little Tiber to survive, he would use it. Though he figured with all of the Romans around, it wouldn't be a necessary thing.
What was worse than grasping the water in the Tiber was being in Camp Jupiter and not seeing Dominika. He'd seen her earlier in the day, but she had to attend to important business. Dimitri wouldn't dare hold her back from the things she needed to do in camp. Dimitri's responsibilities themselves had shifted so far lately. It felt like he was such a higher use outside of safe walls than inside of them. The opposite was once true.
The demigod looked up, away fro his reflection, and spotted the person he'd asked to meet him here. Heath, the only person who had seen Truman's body up close besides for Dimitri. "Thank you for meetin' me here." Dimitri said, though lately, formalities had been a drain on him over a pleasure. His dependence for human beings had changed so much. Dimitri offered his hand for Heath to shake, it was something of tradition that retained at least some value to the Romans. "That thing, y'know, the you saw. We gotta talk 'bout that."
