"I'm happy to hear that." Sofia smiled sweetly at Calden. She realized she was still holding onto him and her cheeks turned a pale rosy pink, the smile she wore remained on her lips.

Sofia sighed happily and placed a gentle kiss on his cheek. She enjoyed Calden's company, he made her feel safe for some reason.

Calden's smile widened; he felt as if, for the first time in a long time, the symptoms of his PTSD were alleviated. He didn't feel quite so out of place in this world anymore.

"Oh my gods!" Sofia jumped up. "Is it really?! Ahhh!" She ran around using her powers to decorate the room. "How could I forget!" She jumped over Max and hung mistletoe. She tripped over the coffee table and landed on Calden. Sofia's hair was sprawled around her. "Whoops sorry!" She looked up and blushed, they were under the mistletoe.

Calden swallowed thickly and stared dumbly. He blushed deeply. Then, without thinking, he gave her a teeny tiny peck on lips and then turned away as fast as he could, blushing deeply.
