Seeing that Tristan wasn't there, she picked the bunk farthest away from a window and set up a sleeping bag, night table, and heavy veil around her bunk. Suddenly, her raven flew in and perched on her shoulder. "Now you arrive." Darcy grumbled. The raven perched on her night table and started to clean it's feathers. Darcy sighed and left to take a shower.

Darcy walked back in, pulled on her pajamas, and dove under the covers in her bunk. Within ten seconds, she was asleep.

Darcy woke up sweating and hyperventilating. She had had the dream again. Trembling, she untangled her legs from the sheets and stumbled out of bed. She sat on the floor for a minute and squinched her eyes shut, trying to calm down. Finally, she opened her eyes and got up. Darcy put a wrap on over her nightclothes, slipped on her shoes, and walked out the cabin door.
Her raven cawed from the night table and flew off into the night.

Eventualy, Darcy got hungry. There was no food in her bunk, so she was forced to go to the Mess Hall.
