I walk in, and go to the archery range. I notice the othor girl, and start to practice with my bow.

I notice a girl who was a lot older than me, shooting the dummies with her bow. Trying to show her up, I take a bow off a rack near me, and start practicing also.

I see the younger girl is trying to show me up. I laugh inside my head and shoot my arrow and the center of the target. No surprise, I've been practicing for years. But kids like me never get the right amount of appreciation just because we aren't kids of Apollo. I shoot another arrow and look at the younger boy.

I look at the older girl, then aim my bow cautiously. I let go of the arrow, and it zooms right into the bulls eye. I notice the girl looking at me, and I grin at her.

"I know, like this." I put my bow down on the ground, then pick it up, put an arrow in it, and shoot all in a matter of seconds. Another bulls eye.

I have never actually shot a moving target before, but I go ahead and lie. "Yeah, they are really easy to hit."

"Well, I was born here. Whisked away to Russia. And came back about a year ago." I watch her shoot her bow, she was a lot better than I could ever be. "Is the bow your prime?"I ask her.

I point out my two sword sheathes. "Yeah, that is my primary. I'm not very good, but I like using them. I prefer to use magic. It seems more fun to me." I grab a bow, arm it with an arrow, then set the tip of the arrow on fire. I shoot right at the target, and it hits just next to the bulls eye. I quickly form an ice ball and throw it at the arrow, so the target doesn't catch fire. "What;s your name? Mine is Nikolai."
