"We can stay up a bit more," I said to Crius out of the corner of my mouth. I kept my eyes on Jill , though -- she seemed perfectly able to handle a horse. "I've already explored most of camp, considering that I've been here for a few years...."

"Eh, it's fine. I know how to, but horses don't like me. At all." I edged in the direction of the door. I could grasp how to sit on the horse, but not how to rein it or anything.

"Why don't they like you?" I question. I was not really sure why they don't like Lucy. Lucy is a nice girl. " I'm a bit sleepy, but not that sleepy," I say. "Nighttime is really nice around here because the moon is in the right place, the stars are bright, and the constellations seem like they are moving," I say.

Crius goes back to reality. He nodded. By now, he was super tired. Crius swore sometimes he was a Somnus kid. Hard to believe he was a Mors kid. Crius shrugged at the thought. "So.....wanna go do something for Earth Day?" he asks Lucy and Jill.

I drummed my fingers on my bicep, shrugging at Jill. "I dunno, Jill. I can't talk to horses, but if I could then they'd probably like me a bit more. Maybe because I'd start to nod off on the saddle or something."

I looked around, hearing a horse neigh from somewhere in the stables. Mhm. I liked animals, but not horses -- their stables usually smelled a bit, and I didn't like that. Maybe dogs or cats.
