Kelsey's bunk.

I stood up not letting go of his hand seeing as this was still new and scary.

I looked outside. "I-it's getting late...I think I had best be left alone...I'll see you later though." I asked softly keeping a tight grip on his hand.

"Bye Lucas... thanks for everything." I said softly and slowly separated our hands.

"Yes...tomorrow." I said softly and put my arms around him hugging him.

I pulled away quickly before he could see my smile. "See you tomorrow."

"Okay..yeah..thanks" I said. "I'll remember that." I said nervously.

"Night." I said shakily and changed in to pjs. I sunk on to my bed and curled up feeling tears. nighttime was always the hardest because I thought to much and after I thought to much and cried for at least an hour I would fall asleep to a fire engulfed nightmare and then after that I would just lay awake for hours scared and alone. I crawled under the covers.

I laid there awake for what seemed like an eternity just thinking and missing my family, crying here and there. After awhile I finally fell asleep.

I was dreaming but the dream seemed so real to me. A fire a burning hot fire in a cabin of some sort. I looked over and saw the monster that had caused the fire at my apartment it grinned wickedly and spewed fire in the direction of a person who just happened to be Lucas...the one person who seemed to care. I screamed and woke up before I saw anything else. I sat up suddenly and started sobbing. "Just a dream...only a dream" I whispered trying to comfort myself. I curled up, shaking, and just laid there waiting for morning and for Lucas to find me having only got an hour of sleep at the most.

"N-nightmares" I whispered softly. "And thoughts and...everything..." I said softly rubbing my sleepless eyes.

I cuddled in his arms exhausted and thoughly sad.

"N-no...I haven't for the past three weeks." I whispered.
