Life Before CHB*:Nathan Reynolds was an orphan, from birth. He never had any parents. He had moved in with his crazy aunt,Ophelia, who always had an imaginary bat on her shoulder. But being an orphan wasn't such a bad thing. Lots of other kids were like him,except for probably the bat thing. Or so he thought. When he was about 12, things started happening,strange things, like kids he didn't like falling down without him even touching them. That's when his Environmental Studies teacher noticed him. He can affect up to 5 people at max, but that'd be exhausting.
And in what terms do you mean by how much can he tip the scales?

I'm asking how lucky or unlucky the person can become. For example, say the person has 100% luck today, meaning they're not lucky or unlucky today -- just normal. If you get it increased to 150%, you're really lucky -- go down to 50%, you're pretty unlucky. How much would he be able to increase or decrease the amount of luck somebody has?

For up to how long are the people affected by the power? Up to how far away from him can they be in order to still be affected by his power?

He could tip the scales of 5 persons by +25% or -25% for a max of 5 minutes.
The distance varies with how much persons that he's affecting. If he's affecting just one person for the 5 mins, it'd be a max radius of 100m away from him. If it's 5 people, it'd have a max radius of 10m away from him.

I suggest you reduce the range of up to how far his powers can go, and probably reduce how many people can be affected, too.

When he lowers the person's luck to 75%, what would usually happen to them (ie: losing something important, tripping during a fight, etc)? What would happen when he increases it to 125%?
