Tom walked over to Stella "...who was that?" He asked, a small frown on his face. He hadnt heard what they'd said but he could tell it had upset Stella

"oh..." Tom glanced at the floor slightly awkwardly. He didn't know she had and ex and felt slightly embarrassed, maybe even a bit jealous. It wasn't like she'd lied he just felt a bit sad that he hadn't been told "what did he want?"

I smile and look around. "Whats new Stella?"

'Not much..." I say, and sigh. "I think I just need some time alone, okay?" I say sulkily, standing up. I grab my hobo bag and shove a bag of Chex mix, as well as my cotton candy in it. I also take a book or two with me just in case. I know I can't hide forever. At some point I'm gonna have to face all this drama and take a stand for myself, an' I can't keep puttin' it off. That's what this voice in my head keeps on tellin' me, anyways. The future is comin' on, yeah. And I'd best be ready, I think, as I begin climbing down the ladder. "I'll be back later!"
