James's bunk

"What?!?" I laughed "me advice on love? Please tell me you're joking!"

I looked at him and sighed "well, I'd just ask her out maybe kiss her again" I shrugged "but I'm a rash person, half of my plans never turn out well"

"You'll have to ask around then" I told him "I'll go find you if I see her"

I looked at him "well, you'll just have to find her then" I smiled at him

"Ok" I replied "You lead the way"

I followed him out.

I walked back and sat down on my bunk. What would I tell Tom? I tried to sleep but I couldn't.

Louise knocked on the door.

"Come on in!" I shouted, hoping it wasn't Tom. Then again he didn't generally knock.

Louise came in and sat on the edge of the bed, "Hey you,"

"Oh hi lousie" I said grinning as I sat up

"YOu look like a puppy, whats wrong," Louise asked playing with the ends of her hair.

"It's... Complicated" I sighed "far more complicated than I'd like it to be"

"I like complicated," Louise said, "Tell me now,"

"It's private" I replied "I would tell you but it's toms problem so..." I shrugged

"Well Tom's not here so you can tell,"

"He's in live with this girl, they kissed and she wants to leave" I said carefully avoiding names and eye contact.

"Who's the girl," Louise asked.
Emma ran in, figuring Louise was here, "Louise we must go,"
Louise shrugged, and left with her.

Mercury fluttered into the barracks and set a small bag of cola on James's bed. Since the bag was labeled "never-ending," he took the liberty to grab one for himself before leaving.

I grabbed the bag and looked at it "sweet" I said and whistled. In the bag was a load of cola cans and the label said 'never-ending'. Okay you couldn't put anything else in there but I didn't really need anything else "sweet" I repeated grinning.
