I wandered through the forest, wincing as branches pricked against my arms and legs. "Damn, Leah; you're lucky to be alive!" I muttered. Impatiently, I picked my way through branches. My feet were sore; wearing heels was a bad idea. I sighed, wishing for the open. I was sick of seeing trees. Trees, trees, trees. [CENSORED] those trees. Did they never end? I was never going into the forest, again; well, unless the trees ended.
I squinted, realizing the sunlight wasn't dotted on the ground. Finally, I was in the open; just when I was starting to feel like giving up. I collapsed onto the grass, exhausted. I had been wandering through the forest, absently, since 9:00. It appeared to be 4:00, now. I was too tired to do the math. I noticed a girl, picking flowers; but, I didn't pay her much attention. I kicked my heels off; they landed in a bush, causing it to rustle. Some dryads would be mad, but, I didn't care.
OOC: She's 17.

Lexie turned. "Hello," she said. "You look tired. Want a cookie?" She handed an M&M cookie to the girl.

BIC: I looked up to see a girl; she was holding out a cookie. "Thanks," I said. I propped myself on my elbows and accepted her cookie. It was studded with multicolored M&Ms. "Are they the M&Ms with peanuts in them?" I asked, sitting up. I hated chocolate with peanuts in it—my friends used to call me crazy for it. I hadn't seen them around and I had guessed they'd left Camp Half-Blood. They were around 17, 18, 19; the ones around 18 were probably married, or the like. I ran my fingers through my blonde hair; I wondered if I would be pretty as Alexia. Immediatelly, I felt a pang of sadness. Alexia is dead, I reminded myself. I couldn't dwell on old memories. Still, I couldn't take my mind off her—the prettiest person I knew, killed outside of Camp Half-Blood. I tore my mind away from her.
"I'm Leah. Leah Miller."

BIC: I took a bite of the cookie. "I'm a daughter of Morpheus," I told her, swallowing. "I didn't realize the forest was huge." I frowned at the bush I had kicked my heels in. "It's a bad idea to wear heels in the forest." I didn't know why I said that; maybe, randomness?

"No," Leah replied, shaking her head. "Did you?" Honestly, Morpheus was creepy—what with putting everybody to sleep and all that in the second Titan War. She ran her long, blue nails through the ground; they created a long, shallow scar on the earth.
