Flaws: Will to never give up, will fight about anything, scared of amphibians.
Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): He can bend Light to his will like light up places or use light to blind enemies or hurl it at them he can do this any time he wants to. Person is blinded for as powerful the blow of light is. If its not powerful then its 45 sec blindness. If it is it can last as long as 5 minutes. If he makes it into a ball and hurls it the blow will make the other person fall 10 - 20feet backwards and show burn marks. If the ball is powerful it also knocks them unconscious for 1 minute. He can use this power as long as he has a light source or without it he can use it 15 times a day.
Life Before CHB*: Cedric used to live in a beach house in Honolulu, Hawaii before going to Camp Half-Blood. As a child, Cedric flunked every school he went to and averaged about a D. His mother gave up and sent him to a boarding school in New York. In the near future, Cedric is following a satyr trying to get to Half Blood Hill. While, being chased by a giant monster the satyr kid tripped and fell getting eaten by the monster. Cedric, then goes on a full on sprint to Camp Half-Blood 50 feet away.
RP Example*: I headed to the Beach all gorged in dirt from tripping. I pulled out my sandwich from the bag I was carrying watching all these disfigured, masculine, scary girls at Camp Half-Blood. Then, some random girl (that had the body of a 40 year old women) came up and said to me. "Will you stop staring at us butt-ugly girls and leave?" I then scared her away with my awesome powers hoping she would never come back again. (Yeah I know I'm awesome)
