by Guest 3/4/2013, 7:04 amI silently stuff my things under my new bunk and sit on my bed. Moka quickly jumps up with me and sits in my lap. I rub my necklace, hoping with everything I have that I'll wake up without any people beside me, or at least within 10 feet to me.
Alexa's Bunk

I grab my violin and my song book and run out.

I grab my bow and arrow and my ipod, pat moka on the head, and walk out towards the range

I walk in and lay down on my bunk. Moka curls up around my feet, and I search desperately for my pencil and songbook. I find it and turn to the dogeared page, sitting up slightly so I can write. I look at the lyrics written so far.

OOC: I feel absolutely terrible! Sorry! I got grounded because my mom found me staying up late reading fanfics :/ But I'm feeling really descriptive right now, so this might be kind of long.
BIC: I look up at him and quickly put my notebook back before stretching and smiling at him "Hey. What's up?" I ask him, my smile turning somewhat confused. I've never thought of myself as someone who would have visitors coming to their cabin. I pull my knees up to my chest and rest my chin on them. I realize its getting dark outside and quickly debate getting out my light, before pulling it out and plugging it in behind my bunk. It glows a barely noticeable blue light and I return back to my previous position.

BIC: I laugh a little at his response to the light. "I have Nyctophobia. Its a fear of the dark. I know, its childish, but still..." I look at him, daring him to laugh at me.

"Sorry! I guess I started to slip back into english for a second." I explain. His fear-of-water comment made me feel somewhat better. "Childish means childlike, or something I should have grown out of by now. I don't know, maybe its the daughter of Apollo thing." I smile. "I hear there's a new girl in the Apollo cabin." I shrug. I saw her unpacking earlier. She seemed younger than me, 10 maybe.

I look up at the girl who just walk in. She must be the new girl everyone's been talking about. "H-hi" I stutter, trying my best for a smile. "I'm A-A-Alexa" I stutter, mentally slapping myself.

I try for another smile, but I'm pretty sure it comes out crooked and odd-looking. "I-I am t-too."I reply. "S-sorry. I'm n-not exactly a-a-a people person." I finish. Did I do something wrong? I think, going over the words in my head. Maybe I should've said something like 'OH REALLY! OMG I am too! Like, TTYL!' Isn't that what people say?Moka, obviously seeing my distress, walks up to my side and sets his head on my lap. I mentally note to get him some treats ASAP as I start petting his head for comfort.

I sigh with relief. Now I won't look like a huge fool. "Moka. Do you w-want to pet him?" Moka looks up at me. I can almost hear him asking "Why did you say my name? Do I get a treat?" and I laugh.

I walk in and fall onto my bunk, face first, before letting out a small moan into my pillow. After a long nap, I head out to the hill to relax.
