Suzy slowly pushed a table into the center of the room along with some chair she had found. "They'd better show up!" Suzy said

"No, Sherlock" Suzy says with a sarcastic edge to her voice. No, I need help with catching butterflies, Suzy thought to herself. Danny really needed to stop being so annoying.

Re: Planing out the Prom
Ooc: in my opinion, I believe that we should stick to the forty word minimum rule, even here. This still has to do with the prom committee, so it should still respect Shan's wishes, even if this is a private topic.
Maeve walked tentitively down the stairs. Not only was it freezing down here, but it was completely blocked from the daylight. No sun, at all. She sighed. Why couldn't Suzy have picked one of the many rooms around the big house, instead of this place which, in her opinion, could've very well been a torture cell. The cement walls, old discarded weapons hanging from the ceiling.... she shivered.
Maeve stood by the enterance, off to the side of where someone would come down if they did. She wished Nathan would get here already. She was in this place with two of her least favorite people in the group.
She watched as Suzy snapped at Danny, and how Danny had been taking down more chairs. This was going to be.... Pleasant.

Re: Planing out the Prom
I've noticed, Suzy thought in response to Danny. "So, Maeve, what can you do?" Suzy asked. Her plan was that all the non-musical acts be towards the middle of the prom and the musical acts be towards the beginning and end of the prom. That way people had a slot to eat.

Re: Planing out the Prom
Maeve glanced around, surprised by the fact that she had been addressed. It still greatly unsettled her to be noticed. "Um," she started quietly. "I can sing and play almost any musical instrument. But I mostly play the guitar and the piano. But, um," She took a small breath and continued, her voice a bit shaky. "I've studied Victorian times before, and so I do know a bit about their various forms of entertainment, such as music, theatre, sports, et cetera." She paused, watching for a reaction from Suzy. "So, well, yeah," Maeve murmured.

Re: Planing out the Prom
"Okay that's good! Try to make it Victorian-styled" Suzy said "Danny just try not to fail out there. It's gonna reflect badly on us if you do. Then we'll be the lame group who didn't do their job" Seriously that Danny had ways of annoying her. Half the time he could even be understood. Achaylia also said something about getting a band. How were they supposed to make a band appear just out of thin air? Maybe the kids in the Apollo cabin would be happy to form a band an perform at the prom. And where in the world was Nathan? If he wanted to cooperate he needed to be with the group. Not frolicking over some butterflies somewhere. "I'll go find a band or some more entertainment" Suzy said as she ran up the steps and out the door

OOC: Uh, excuse me but I'm meant to start and end the meetings topics because I need to moderate what you're saying.

OOC: I mean that I have to run these things to make sure you stick to the committee rules and such. Plus, you might need Achaylia considering she's chairperson.

Re: Planing out the Prom
OOC: Considering the first meeting thread isn't closed and I need to start off every meeting topic you have (there will be a set three which can be reused whenever) with a list of who is in the group for that topic, yeah. See, if I did plan this out and I kinda need you guys to ask before you do. Otherwise I'll have no idea what your characters are doing. You can keep the information given here but you kinda need the group topics. Plus, all planning takes place in the council room. (Or kitchen if you're in the food group.)

OOC: That's because you don't have the power.
Gam, I just said all planning takes place in the council room. I'll set up the topics now. I want to lock the meeting first.
