Emmerson (Rose)'s bunk

I threw down my dry mud covered messenger bag. I got some weird looks from the other kids. Seriously have they never seen dirt before. I pulled off my pullover and threw on a tee. I ran back out the door once again.

I came in and sat down on my bed. I wiped the tears off my face and took off my sweatshirt. I pulled on a pnk tee and curled up in my bed. This is why they sent me here; I just need to disappear out of their lives and act like nothing happened.

I got and decided to go for a walk. My tear streaked face worn looking, I pulled on a pullover and headed out.
