Pets: small hellhound named jumpy (he named the hell hound Jumpy because he looks like he's jumping when he walks.) the dog is 9 inches tall and 4 inches wide. He weighs 12 ounces.
Talents: Is fast and is a good swords man.
Weapon**: A necklace that is celestial bronze shaped as a sword but when he snaps it becomes a sword that is 3 feet long and weighs 4 ounces.
Personality: is clever, Witty, and always playful. He has a sense for pranks. But people never really talked to him so he's kind of shy around people.
Flaws: He has Dyslexia and ADHD. He is totally sensitive. His main problem is he is too loyal to his friends though. He has a hard time trying to talk sometimes.
Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): He is only able to fly for 19 minutes and has to recharge for 16 minutes and he can fly 4 times a day. He can fly 18 feet in the air. He can carry his dog and a backpack but that's it. He is able to make snow out of his hands but it drains his power for the next hour. he can create two inches but it makes him sweaty and if he wants it to stay snowy he can make it stay snowy but he gets sleepy. he can do this 4 times a day and he has to wait 2 hours before reusing it. It melts in 20 minutes. It could go 2 yards most and 5 inches least.
Life Before CHB*: He always wondered if he had a family but he was clueless. He had a Orphanage that took care of him but no one ever seemed to adopt him. He wondered what was wrong with him. If he looked that bad on the outside. He was a kind hearted guy don't get me wrong. He stayed at the orphanage for 6 years. One of the kids there was a satyr in training so he went back to camp to report. Then a nymph came in and said she wanted Jacob Stone. That was the most exciting moment of his life. At least he thought it was. The nymph took care of him so well. Then on his 12th birthday she told him he wasn't normal. He was sad when she said that but she sounded dead serious. He went to school that day but this strange man in a cloak followed him around at recess. The teacher threatened to call the cops if they would even touch him. He didn't see any eyes just one on his forehead. He now knew what she meant when she said he wasn't normal. After school he sprinted home saying he knew what she meant. She already packed him but he didn't know why. she just said Camp half-blood. Then he gave him his stuff and he got in the car with her. She drove him up to half-blood hill. When he got out he saw a dog that had a thorn in his leg. He took out the thorn and the dog fell in love with him. he kept barking and licking his face. Jacob loved the dog from there on out. He named the dog Jumpy. And right when he thought it was a pug. He saw through the mist that is was a hell hound. He loved it either way so he picked it up and ran up the hill.
RP Example*: Jumpy was getting heavy and a thumping noise was getting closer behind him. He didn't dare look back. He would freeze in fear if he did so he decided to keep running. His step mom said something about a gate in the middle of the woods. He thought it was crazy but she never lied to him. finally he saw a white arch. he ran in but his dog fell out of his hands. Jumpy pawed at the arch and whimpered. He couldn't leave him he loved him to much. So he ran back and grabbed him. He saw the monster. That's when he froze in fear. he tried to snap out of it but he just couldn't. finally he called for help. The Cyclops would of made him faint but he had Jumpy with him which helped him. The Cyclops raised his club and Jacob closed his eyes. then 6 arrows hit the Cyclops and golden dust was every where. Demigods came and said they allowed the hellhound to enter camp. So Jacob walked in not knowing what would come next.

Add another flaw, since dyslexia and ADHD are standard demigod flaws.

I don't think swords can be 10 inches long -- maybe a dagger or knife, but not a sword.

How small is his hellhound, exactly (height, weight, etc; it can't be larger than an adult male Rottweiler)? Can it shadow-travel?

How high can your character fly? Can he take anything else with him? Flying for an hour at a time is too long, so you'll need to cut it down.

Why would a nymph come and get Jacob?

35000 feet is way too much; at most we allow maybe 20 feet in the air. You'll need to cut down how long he can fly at one time some more.

Snow will need to melt eventually, whether he wants it to or not. How far away at most could his snow go?

Mhm. I suggest you change the nymph in his LBCHB to, like, an older demigod or such -- I don't think nymphs can leave their sources for too long/far.
