Weapon**: He has a bow with celestial bronze arrows. All of which have a special talent like flaming (2 mins.) poison (can't kill, worst it can do is the equivalent to food poisoning), and paralyizing (5 mins., paralyzes the part of body where he shot it). He has 5 arrows for per power and has to refill them each time there all gone. He gets them from a random Hephestas kid who lives at camp.
Personality: He is very snotty and rude. He's a real player and a complete jerk. He acts like the whole world revolves around him. He is really hypocritical. He's very talented with insults.
Flaws: He is over confident and selfish. He is also not very fast and is very clumsy.
Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): He has the power to heal people by singing. It works about 70% of the time. It can heal any wound as long as it doesn't have poison, it can't heal insanity, it can't heal deep flesh wounds (1 inches wide and 4 inch long, and 2 inches deep is the worst wound he can heal), it can't heal burns,and he can't heal broken bones. Which means if someone is dying, sadly, Jack can't cure them.
Life Before CHB*: He used to go around stealing girls hearts and then crushing them. His mom worked a lot and he had a lot of free time to flirt and break hearts. When Jack tried to flirt with a girl named Jules and she had been at camp foe about a year now. SHe was just taking a break from camp. She noticed he was a half blood because of his ability to heal wounds by singing, which is how he tried to flirt with her and after he sang her scraped knee healed, and took him to camp. He fortunately didn't have the time to break her heart  or flirt much with this girl. That was a year ago. He was 12
RP Example*: Jack had broken four hearts today and was celebrating by eating cake and saving some to offer to Aphrodite. He had been at camp for almost a year now and stays year round. He was planning on who he was going to flirt with next his eyes crossed over a pretty girl. He had obviously spotted his next girl. He didn't even bother trying to figure out her name and headed over to her. "Hey beautiful, what's your name" he started and she blushed. Then unfortuneately dinner was over and the blushing girl ran away.

How many of these arrows does he possess, exactly?

How much time can he use his power? What is the worst wound he can heal? How many times does he have to wait in between the uses of his powers?

Who was that girl? How did she know he was a half-blood, and how come she knew they existed? How did she know where CHB is?

Ten arrows per power is a bit too much. Besides, what is the maximum strength of each arrow? How long does one stay paralyzed? How long does one arrow burn? What is the maximum strength of one explosion? What is the worst effect the poison can have?

Drowning and choking aren't wounds.
He can't heal 'any' wound, give a maximum.

Why did he sing to Jules? At what age did he come to camp?

You didn't answer Morgan's questions about the arrow poison and the maximum strength of the explosions. When somebody is paralyzed as a result of the arrow, is it full-body paralysis or is it just in the part of the body it hit?

You still also need to specify what's the worst type of wound he can heal; non-poisoned wounds or wounds that "aren't a gouge" aren't very specific.

Whole body paralyzing... I might need to think about it. Define the dimensions of a "small shed" and how bad any burns could be if a person were very close to the explosion. Does he get new arrows of these powers when he runs out?

Again, tone down the power of the explosion -- 4th degree burns are too strong.

4 inches wide and 5 inches deep is way too large; at most we allow 2 inches deep, I think 4 long, one wide? Somewhere around there.
