Cicero blinked slightly and frowned deeply. Carnival... Cicero is unsure about this carnival thing. He told himself, lingering at the borders of where the event was taking place. There were a lot of people... but Cicero wouldn't have recognized a single face, given that mostly everyone had masks on. Cicero himself wasn't wearing his mask currently, but instead holding it in his hands. He had actually gone out a little bit for the whole thing. His costume wasn't special, but the fact that he was wearing a costume was abnormal for him in general. Sure, he was insane... but he didn't find dressing up appealing. Cicero pursed his lips and looked over his costume. Like mentioned before, it was nothing special. It was specifically a rather standard black and red jester's outfit that had gold outlines. But Cicero loved the hat. The colors matched his outfit and there were bells attached to the ends of it.

Cicero was holding both his hat and his mask in his hands. He figured he didn't necessarily need to put on his mask as he had painted his face. He'd covered it in a shade of white and simply heavily outlined his eyes in black and his lips were coated in red. His red hair caught the lighting at certain angles, making his hair appear to be on fire in some spots. Cicero's hazel eyes displayed a nervous expression as he scanned the crowd for about a fifth time. The madman leaned against the wall, fiddling with his mask and placing his hat back on his head.

OOC: Adopted character form Morgan Landry.

BIC: Ian had gone all the way from the Other Gods cabin to the Carnival area. At first he had thought 'Am I really doing this' but he didn't regret it now.

The son of Ate was wearing a feminine pink tank top with a denim mini skirt that stuck to the top of his thighs, almost showing his boxers. He had pulled on fishnet tights on and was awkwardly trying to scramble his way forward in a pair of bright pink stilettos. He had put up mascara, pink eyeshadow, lipstick and sprayed glitter dust onto his face.

To be honest, he felt right down sexy.

He approached a guy he knew, Cicero, and came close enough for him to catch his uber sweet perfume.

"Hello you cute redhead," he giggled in a high pitched voice. "Apart from being hot, what are you doing for a living?"

Cicero's heavily outlined eyes widened slightly as he turned to look at Ian upon smelling the perfume. He raised a covered eyebrow at him. The madman was blushing slightly, given how Ian has greeted him and that Cicero was rather easily embarrassed, but his painted face hid it pretty well. "Cicero is confused." He murmured to himself, red lips pursed tightly again. "That's quite the costume you have there." The son of Mania commented, cracking a small smile at the son of Ate. "Cicero wonders if you're having a bit of difficulty there. Cicero also wonders why exactly you are dressed as such." The madman said, tilting his head slightly as he grinned broadened, his smile now resembling the mad one he usually had on his face.

Cicero let out a crazy-sounding laugh and looked at the people in intricate costumes clustered there. He shook his head slightly, the bells on his hat ringing as he did so. "Cicero wonders lots of things, if you didn't here. But the thing Cicero wonders most right now if why people are ever so social." The maniac murmured. "Also, the perfume is really strong. Cicero suggests choosing something less pungent." Cicero added.

"Awww, you're so cute when you're confused, with your little cheeks getting all red!" he tittered like a girl. "And this? Oh it's not a costume, it's my natural way of being! Hee-hee!" With that, he outrageously lopsided his hips and put a hand on Cicero's chest, pushing him back playfully.

While listening to him, he looked at Cicero's eyes in a most... expressive way, pursing his lips to emphasize the lipstick, the light catching the glitter dust on his face.

"Oh, I like my perfume," he pouted, "It's Gucchi!"
