Talents: Harvey has an artistic streak, being rather talented at painting ( they may not be great but better than any other 5 year old.). He is also good at archery (not as good as the Apollo kids) and creating bouquets of flowers (surprisingly).
Weapon**: A CB short sword,2.5 feet long. When sundown comes, it turns into a dagger, 1 foot long. He cannot change this cycle(sunup- sword,sundown-dagger)  no matter what. He calls it The Changed
Personality: Harvey can be shy but friendly too. He can be quite aggressive and has a short temper. He doesn't quite understand still why he is still at camp and rather confused. Harvey is independent but can work in a group as long as it goes his way. He is also very generous (at times) with ideas.
Flaws: He has a fear of dogs, has a shirt temper, bossu and demanding, and a fear of the dark. His fatal flaw is that he is afraid of losing the friends he has,(like a mixture of Percy's fatal flaw plus annabeth's jealousy of girls she thinks percy might like)
Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): He can manipulate the mist, changing reality. Can do this four times a day and must have a twenty minute break.
He can also perform each of these spells five times a day EACH. This could be levitating something,(can levitate anything under 150 lbs up to 5 feet high, can do this 5 times a day, 2 hour cool down, levitating lasts 3 minutes) rebounding something ( not making it hit him) or making something appear (like a mirage. It stimulates the person's best or worst fear/feeling[he can control it] and shows them an image or feeling of it. Lasts 3 minutes, 1 hour cool down, can use it 5 times a day)
He has not quite mastered these powers and actually hardly knows he has powers.
He can also speak to and understand Hecates sacred animals (dogs, polecats, frogs). Though this is more of an ability.
Due to his young age, Harvey-at the moment- is only able to manipulate the Mist and levitate these things, but later in rps he will discover his other powers.
Life Before CHB*: Harvey lived with his father in England though not for long. Monsters couldn't smell him as he was fairly young but there had been one encounter. An empousa had been disguised as a babysitter. His father requested another babysitter when he found her with a knife near Harvey (he had come back inside to get his keys.). His father forced her out of the house and nearly called the police. Harvey was bullied at school for being dyslexic, and is still sensitive about it, though he has learned that almost all demigods have it. Though he can barely read anyway, he tries his hardest to learn, and is also learning to read Ancient Greek and hieroglyphs. When he was five a satyr found his scent and followed it to Harvey's house. The Satyr explained mostly everything to his father before going (by plane and the gray sisters, half and half) to Camp.
RP Example*:Harvey ran along the beach in his sandals, fighting off imaginary monsters. He was told that being a demigod wasn't very fun at times, but he couldn't help it. He loved being a demigod! He levitated stones here and there, and skipped them across the water. Out of nowhere a face appeared in the water. "Hello, mrs. Naiad!" He said and continued off, singing his childhood favorite, Johnny cash.

I feel like a 5 year old couldn't do all of that, and that many times (looking at the powers). Maybe you should lower the limits? (Hell, Nico shadow traveled once and practically fainted, and he was about 14-15. A 5 year old being able to do all that, they would practically die from exhaustion.

It says that he hasn't mastered these powers yet. Could I have him find out how to use them better later in an rp or something?
Maybe.

Still, even if he hasn't mastered them, he has the ability to do it. You can just say that when he's older he is able to use them, but for now, just limit him to at most 2 powers.
