by High King Fridgeir 7/20/2014, 2:02 amI walked through the forest wearing my face guard to cover my smile. I decided I wouldn't wear the scarf because it could fall off at any moment. However my face guard wouldn't fall off without me or someone else pulling it off. I sat down on a rock because I just wanted to relax. I thought about taking my face guard off for this because it was slightly itchy. I had walked rather far from the edge of the forest. And there were plenty of dead leaves and twigs around so I would hear if someone was coming. So I took my face guard off revealing that horrible smile and laid down and closed my eyes.

Lita was lying in a tree when she heard someone coming. She waited until the person walked past her when she dared stir, a full size ice dagger in her hand, just in case. When the person stopped moving, she dropped from the tree, landing in a crouch. "sup?"

I jumped up slightly at the sound and quickly put my face guard back on. In the rush, some of my hair got in my eyes, so I pushed it back behind my ear. I said, "Oh... hi." I hope she didn't see the smile. And if she did, I hope she doesn't ask about it.

Lita was curious about the face guard, but something about the girl's eyes told her that asking her a private question like that might be bad for the demigoddess'es health. "Hi.... My name is Lita. What's yours?" Okay... okay... good.... keep it simple. Lita was getting bad vibes from this girl.

I said, "Just call me Tremble. I don't go by any other name, just Tremble." This girl was at least smart enough to tell when not to ask certain questions. I was glad for that. That meant that I wouldn't have to hurt her... Yet.

This girl wasn't going to do anything to her, was she? She hadn't even pulled out a weapon, and yet something about this girl just screamed run. Lita breathed out slowly. "So." She asked cautiously. "What are you doing here?"

Lita avoided making a retort in kind. Obviously, this kid was kind of crazy. So she decided to play it cool. "You like apples?"

"I see," Lita responded, her finger fiddling with her ring, Frost, when she heard the conch shell. Dinner. "Well, see ya." And with that, Lita left.
