    NAME: Harley Beretta MacArthur
    ALIAS: Heartbreaker
    AGE: 17
    PHYSICAL APPEARANCE: Subject is 5' 10". Athletic, healthy. Long blonde hair, brown eyes, rarely seen without cosmetics.
    PERSONALITY: Subject is dangerous--is experienced in hand-to-hand combat, physically strong. Subject is also highly manipulative and sexually aware.
    WEAPON OF CHOICE: Subject uses Colt M16 Automatic Rifle and a carving knife.
    HISTORY: Subject has records of being physically and emotionally abused as a child by her parental guardian. Maternal guardian barely present in subject's childhood. School records contain numerous detentions and two suspensions. Subject disappeared once paternal guardian was arrested for DUI. Parental guardian stated that all his money was hidden underneath the mattress, but upon further investigation, all money had been recently removed. Authorities believe subject took aforementioned money.
