Off to the Side

I hate liars. Anyone is who uses their tongue to deceive, or trick someone else should have it cut out of their mouths.  Gunther-Klaus wrote in his journal, glaring down at the blank paper. He was writing it in Latin and for a good reason. Okay, maybe he didn't have a good reason to write it in Latin, but it felt right enough. The demigod scratched the back of his head roughly as he watched people walk past him.

Cody decided to take a walk for excerise on this bright and sunny Tuesday morning. He wore his CJ shirt and Nike shorts and blue tennis shoes. He walked on the Via Praetoria, looking around at the people of CJ. His mind drifted to back home, with his dad, before camp- he loved it then. But, honestly, it was better now. Now he knew who he was, and he had Charlotte and Nemo and the rest of the camp- well, most of them. He passed by Gunther-Klaus. He looked at him for a minute. He was writing in a journal it seemed.

Cody caught Gunther's attention, causing him to greet him. "Guten Abend. The son of Veritas said as he snapped his journal close. He never really met him, but knew that he exist. He slowly stood up and brushed off his pants, leaning against the tree in that he was leaning on. He decided to just sit back down in his spot and wait till Cody, the son of Ceres came to him.

"Hi," he said, simply. "Cody Teing, son of Ceres, second cohort. You?" he asked, walking over to shake his hand. He wasn't sure who this guy was, but he did see him around- then again, he saw everyone around.

He narrowed his eyes and shook his head. "Gunther-Klaus Heinz, son of Veritas, third cohort." The demigod greeted, putting his journal to the side. He let go of his hand, rubbing them together. "Nice day out, huh?" Gunther asked, trying to make conversation.
