Eyes: He has piercing, Dark green eyes that seem to demand attention. Some people find his eyes alluring.

Hair: He has dirty blonde hair that uses gel to style it backwards, yet is left somewhat messy. he doesn't waste much time with his hair though.

Height: 6ft and 2 inches. He is quite tall and has been known to give off a light air of confidence due to his large size.

Body Type: Thin, muscular, well proportioned and athletic. His arms are strong, his shoulders are hunched and his back is powerful.
He has defined muscles yet is not burly.

Skin Color: Fair, but with a bit of a tan.

God Parent: Aeolus, god of wind and lord of the wind gods in the island of Aeonia.

• Mother, Annie Baum Herz:A third grade elementary teacher with a nice smile and a warm atmosphere. Annie never really fell in love with Leon's father since he was a one-night stand, but she loves her son to death and back. She and Leon have a very close relationship and can often be seen walking together whenever he visits her in New York. She is German like her son.

• Dual-swords, celestial bronze. His blades are identical in appearance, but his left blade is heavier in order to deal more damage whenever he deals heavy attacks and a lighter blade, his left blade, for dexterous, quick attacks. His swords are able to turn into a small bronze band that doubles as his twin swords whenever he crushes it.

• He has a fan that he can use to augment his air powers by using it to blow ever more. His fan is not made out of celestial bronze since it' looks like a regular fan. He can also use it to blow wind that is as cold as the air an AC makes.
  

Personality: Leon is a rebellious guy that likes to think he owns the world.  He is an optimist  at heart, yet is prone to sarcasm and will resort to it whenever he can. He has a tough demeanor regardless of his sometimes nice-guy attitude. He is not the most decisive person ever yet will use whatever resource he has to make a decision. He is a guy who loves to flirt with anybody, regardless of it being guys or girls. He has a preference for girls but has no problem dating a guy and has been known to be attracted to a certain type. He can be a big teaser though, which sometimes can make his partners get anxious for him, which he just loves! He also has a slightly perverted side since he has been known to blow skirts up with his powers. He is a light-hearted prankster and loves to laugh with people. He however does not particularly like to fight, although he is quite skilled at combat. He considers himself a pacifist who prefers to settle things with words or hugs. He can come off as a geek since he loves comic books, anime, tv series( Game of Thrones, Gotham, Breaking Bag, House) yet has no problems admitting his love for such things. He doesn't get angry easily and often shrugs insults off or uses his colorful vocabulary to retort. He is charming, confident, carefree, optimistic, brutally blunt ( if you ask him if you are fat and you are, he'll say you are fat) honest, sassy, upbeat and optimistic. He finds lovers easily and is said to be a good boyfriend.

Flaws: Leon can be crushingly honest, which can result in people getting insulted easily. ( although can result in hilarious situations sometimes) He is also a guy who uses a vocabulary that is intentionally complex in order to trick people, which makes communications with him a bit hard. He has a no-nonsense attitude that can sometimes make him look mean, especially towards younger or weaker people, which he truly isn't. He is confrontational, passionate, impulsive, reckless, and defiant against authority. He can rarely keep his mouth shut whenever something he finds false happens and will not soften the blow of his words for nobody. He also enjoys to pull pranks that can get him in trouble, such as putting fire-ants inside a person's shampoo or giving out free "beer" which is actually his urine.

Abilities (must relate to god parent; optional): As the son of Aeolus, he can predict weather patterns easily. He can also tell people whenever a storm is coming even if he can't control it. He can make his fan blow wind that is as cold as the breeze of a good AC model. ( 50-70 degrees Fahrenheit. He can easily save people who are drowning by breathing into them extra air. He can hold his breath better than most people, though he can't compare to a son of a water god.

How Leon uses his normal air blasts :

• Leon can launch blasts of wind from his hands. Their are two types of wind blasts, charged blasts and regular blasts. For standard blasts he has a cooldown of two posts, yet his charged blasts require an additional charge post before using and has a cooldown of five posts. His normal blasts cover a maximum of ten feet and his charged blasts cover fifteen feet. he launches his blasts from his hands, feet, fingers, legs, butt, head and even breath if desperate.  
  

• He can boasts his normal speed a maximum of 25 mph. Duration is 3 posts and cooldown is four posts.
  

• Another of his powerful abilities is the ability to alter the course of weather, however he needs three other siblings in order to change storms into normal fluffy clouds. He cannot change storms into peaceful sunsets, but he can alter storms from happening by manipulating the way the airs flow before the storm is created. Likewise he can change the trajectory of storms, but needs the aid of his siblings in order to do so. He can only do this ability once per month however and cannot use his powers for the rest of the day if he uses it. He cannot dissipate natural disasters though and he must have prior knowledge of the storm ( hurricane, tornado, supercell etc) before he can manipulate it. He can do this once per thread with other children of Aeolus. He uses this ability by channeling the combined power of his three other siblings along with his, effectively increasing his power by three. The number of posts needed to charge this ability before using it is dependent on the number of ages of his companions. For example, people who are one or two years older or younger have to only charge for one posts, but people who are younger than him by three and more years have to wait at least two charging posts plus an additional one per age year difference. Meaning that if a character is four years younger than Leon, that character has to charge their powers for three posts before Leon is capable of using the ability. However, those who are children of Zeus or any other god who can control weather at a similar level to Zeus, is exempt from this and only has to charge for one post. Also, this applies to demigods who already have the ability to manipulate weather.
  

• Leon can charge his wind attacks. He does this by charging his wind power for one post before releasing his power into a powerful burst of wind that can blow up to five people away. His charged attacks are as 39 mph fast when released. He needs one pre-usage post for charge, the duration is one posts and he can use it every four posts. He has to charge one more in addition to the four he has to wait for his next charged blast.
  

• Leon can create spheres of air around himself that act like shields. His shields can protect him for one post and last one post. His cool down is one that is limited to three posts before he can use it again. His wind shields are as durable as a standard celestial bronze shield.
  

• Leon can glide in the air at a max speed of 39-45 mph. Whenever he does propel himself he flies at a speed of 39 mph, but when he flies he goes at 25 mph. He can cover a maximum of two miles during his gliding. He can fly a maximum of  twenty-five feet high. This may last a maximum of five posts for non-combat and three posts for combat. The cooldown of his gliding/flying power is five posts.
  

Fashion Sense: Leon likes to use darker colors such as military green, brown, dark yellow, mahogany, black and grey. He is commonly seen with a brown leather jacket with rolled sleeves, with either a military green shirt or a black shirt underneath, a small square necklace and worn, dark blue jeans that look like they have been used one too many times. Overall, he seems as if he would fit with the Ares kids.


Life Before Camp*: Leon always knew he was special. Ever since he was a kid he could fart better, snore louder and blow objects like pencils further away with his breath more than his friends. He didn't know why though but that's how it was. He was born in Germany on April 17 1997, but he never spent a day in Germany.  Three hours after Leon's birth, Aeolus confronted his former partner and told him he would reveal everything about himself to her via a messenger twelve years later. That was the last Leon's mother ever saw of aeolus. The day after his birth his mom moved to London and then to New York in order to escape from her abusive husband who realized her baby wasn't his at all. Thanks to moving quickly she was able to get away from his mom's ex-husband. Afterwards, exactly two days after arriving to New York, man who introduced himself as Jack repeated everything Aeolus told Leon's mother to her, which reminded her about the discussion they had, after visiting her.  She quickly dismissed the man, however this man was stubborn and eventually revealed that Leon's father wasn't a normal man, but a god of the wind. She scoffed at the idea, however Jack, who had no prior knowledge of her, told her everything she had ever told Aeolus during their private moments, which nobody but him, Aeolus, knew. He then also gave her a token of his power, a small leaf that would always float in the air since it would be held up by a singular, tiny pillar of air. Jack also revealed to her that he was a satyr, hence why he wore long pants all the time so he could cover his legs. Reluctantly, Leon's mother accepted what she was told and allowed Jack o be around Leon under the lie that he was her brother, ergo Leon's uncle. Jack became close to Leon and even thought Leon his own dry sense of humor, hence why he is so blunt,. However, once Leon became twelve and his mom told him everything, including why Jack wore long pants all the time, he became ecstatic. He wanted to learn more about his father and begged his mother to let him go out of school to learn more. His mother was hesitant about leaving him alone in the world, but Jack told his mother that he would have other children like him. After that, his mother gave him her blessings and he joined camp. Afterwards he returned home and begged his mom to stay, which she allowed him to.

"Shut up!" Dionysus guy

"Nah, ya see, by telling me to shut up, you've awakened a sense of freedom and curiosity that just boils inside of me. So tell me, my portly shaped pig-headed friend, why are you, whom is of such poor parentage with little to no manners. inflicting damage on me. Have you perchance, have interest in me, in other aspects?" Leon

" I said shut up!"

"Hmm, yah, don't like that idea. Instead, how bout letting me go before I get mad." Leon

-Dionysus guy smacks Leon's face-

"Learn respect!"

"Already did, years ago!" Said Leon. He had used his mini wind blades to cut through the vines. Afterwards he got on top of the guy and pinned him down.

'Concede?" mocked Leon

"Just...let go!" Said the Dionysus guy who was being choked by the guy with the smirk. Afterwards, Leon released his hand from his neck and returned to his marry day.

You're gonna need to be a lot more specific about how cold the wind from an AC is.

Powers:
- No to taking air out of people's lungs.
- How fast is his wind speed at most?
- How strong, exactly, are the balls of compressed air, and how large are they?
- How many times a day an he use his wind powers, and for how long each time?
- What are the ranges of his gusts/blasts/slices of wind?
- Gonna need to think about the "sword"-sharp blasts of wind.

- Instead of a giant wall of text, can you divide up your powers into sections? It's very hard to read and sometimes it seems to jump around.
- Reduce the strength and final size of the compressed balls of air.
- How long does it take for him to create one?
- I'm going to say no to creating sharp swipes of air akin to sword strikes.
- For his loose wind, what's the heaviest object these gusts can push back at all?
- What's the cool-down between blasts of wind?
- How far at most can he propel himself upward?
- 10 minutes per hour of gliding is too much; make the cool-down periods longer, or reduce how many times a day he can theoretically use it.

- I'm really not understanding your total limits. Are you saying he can use his wind powers for only 10-15 minutes a day, or each time...?
- For how long can he use the sphere of air to boost his running power? (If that's what it's meant to do, you'll need to reduce the speed to around 25 or under.)
- Describe the sword attack thing more, it's rather vague.
- Are his shields destroyable within the 5 seconds?
- Up to how high can he go when he flies?

edited, also, i never had a sword attack. I removed the bomb attack because it was pointless to have an attack that I can't use that much.

Powers:
- What is the range of all his offensive wind powers?
- When he alters weather with his siblings, would this only last temporarily if the weather were naturally formed (as in, a god had said so and so it shall be)?
- The sword attack I was referring to was his charged wind attack underneath the weather-altering. Also, you'll need to reduce the power of that.
- The highest I'd allow your character to fly is around 20-25 feet high.

- You'll need to insert cool-downs for the short blasts of wind, because 5-10 seconds of these can build up to a considerable number. (Put a cap on how many he can do each day.)
- The world's "strongest" papercut is subjective. Also, sending 5 people flying and giving them plenty of cuts = no. Change that.
- You also state he has 20 minutes of combat wind power in his boosted speed and charged attack sections. Wouldn't these be 40, or...?
- Add cool-downs for his shield powers too.

well I edited everything, but the short wind blasts can only be used three times before he needs to switch from his wind powers. I can't give you a number since he is dependent on minutes. His blasts can't exceed 5 seconds though ( unless it's a charged blast)

Powers:
- And cool-down before he can use the shorter wind blasts is...?
- If he turns the wind into a physical object, how large at most would that be?
- Again: "The blast is power enough to send five people flying and deals considerable damage to his enemies, such as open cut wounds over their body." --> This would be too powerful -- just reducing the wind speed doesn't change the fact that you gave this very specific description. Open cuts all over their bodies = no.

um, I don't understand the question about the shorter wind blast? I've covered the wind blasts pretty well by now. I mean a non charged win blasts covers 10 meters, can only be used for 5-10 seconds and cannot be used for more than three times before he needs to switch from his form of offense. I mean I have no idea what else I have to put before the ability is unusable.

I'm asking how long he'll have to resort to another form of offensive attack before he can go back to the short wind blasts.

- Reduce the size of the wind object a bit.
- Increase the cool-down time for the shorter blasts to around two minutes or above. (I may ask for more later on but I'll need to do some math.)
- Also, put a cool-down for the increased speeds since they're not part of his regular power time limits.
- To clarify for the gliding power: Does this count as part of his 40 minutes? If not, create a cool-down period for this too.

Edited the character so it's much simpler. I also removed some of his more limiting powers since i thought they were worthless now.

Powers:
- For the weather manipulation power, how many posts does it take for the combined forces of the two kids of the wind gods to do this?
- I should also note you have slightly contradictory information in said power section -- you claim that he can do this with only one son of Aeolus, but at the very beginning of the paragraph you say he needs about 2-3 other people to help.
- If he and his partner have differing skill levels in terms of skill with their powers, is there a chance the manipulation may not be as effective?
- Increase the cool-downs for the charged blasts and the shields. (For the charges, though, what you have may be acceptable depending on whether or not it's possible to distract him enough for the power to be ineffective.)
- What's the cool-down for the gliding/flying power?
- Just a note, but you can increase the wind speeds a bit for these powers.

- For the speed boost, what would the "thrice a day" translate into in terms of posts? Thrice a topic?
- For the weather manipulation, are you assuming that most of the people younger than him whom he comes into contact with is less skilled than him in this/can't already do this? Because some kids of weather gods can to a degree manipulate the weather.
- Increase the charged wind attack's cooldown by one more post.
- I suggest you add in how strong his wind shields are.

yes I am assuming the weather thing. I mean I thought people were stronger as they aged.

- Some people start out on higher levels than others and maintain that advantage -- if kids can already control the weather to a degree then they could presumably lessen the required number of people needed for Leon to use the power.
- Did you change the charger attack cool down for the little note in the first section or the one near the end?

I do't know how to respond to your first comment...I don't know what to add or remove, really. I'm just giving a very rough and general idea. Of course if he teams up with a Son of Zeus then age wouldn't matter, but I'm mostly going by the whole age = power spectrum, even though it is not the best way to do it.

Also yesterday I changed both charged sections, the first and the one near the end to have one more cooldown.

So I guess I didn't edit anything really but I guess I did everything I was asked to do.

Add in exceptions to the rule then, such as the child of Zeus thing or things like kids with weather manipulation powers lessening the amount of other people needed to do this. Then you'll be approved.
