Name: Juliette Saber
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Eyes: Forest Green
Hair: Bleach Blonde
Height: 5'7"
Body Type: Juliette, despite her immense strength and endurance, actually possesses a body type that can be described as none other than slim and slender. Her waist is relatively small while her hips and chest are a bit wider, giving her a slight hour-glass shape. Her proportions are appropriate for her size, though no part of her could exactly be referred to as 'large', 'wide' or even 'fat'. With that said, she's often regarded as being small or appearing fragile, despite her father being Ares the God of War. In fact, if not for the latter she would more than likely be unbelievable frail and weak.
Skin Color: Juliette has deep ancestral roots in western Europe, resulting in her skin color being unbelievably white, perhaps even pale compared to those around her. She does not tan well and often becomes burned by the sun if she attempts to darken her skin. Within days it will go back to its ordinary pale shade.
God Parent: Ares | The God of War
Mortal Parent: Mary Saber
Country of Origin: Julie was born and raised in England, where her mother raised her on her own with little help from the rest of her mortal family. She has very little experience in other countries or regions and spent almost her entire life in northern England.
Pets: N/A
Talents: Juliette's mother always encouraged her to be strong and independent throughout her life. She certainly wanted her daughter to be able to handle herself should she get into a scuffle with another person, even if that person were to be male. Having previously been in numerous abusive relationships, Mary wanted to ensure that her daughter would never face the same issues that she herself had to face throughout her adult life. She enrolled her daughter in self defense, martial arts, and fencing classes. By the age of 14, most of Julie's instructors revered her as a prodigy, often using her as an example of excellence for the other students to learn from. By the age of 15 she had essentially mastered not only hand-to-hand combat but the art of bladed combat as well. Naturally this is not to assume that she is one of the greatest who has ever been, but she is certainly well above average in combat in general. Her past training paired with her godly lineage have produced a young lady with a mastery of combat.
Weapon**:
- Clade:
Personality: Julie is essentially a 'knight' as far as her personality is concerned. After all, her most redeeming qualities center around nobility, honor and courage. With that said, she is far from selfish and is usually willing to do anything to support a cause should it be noble in her own eyes. As a person of honor, everything she does is carried out and conducted with such. She fights, speaks and competes with honor and would never engage in lying, cheating, stealing or other malicious activities. Her honor goes hand in hand with her pride as her pride is manifested by her positive characteristics. Without those characteristics, she would lose her pride, which is something she finds unacceptable. Her pride is the driving force behind the things she does and how she does them. Julie is quite the courageous young lady, never wanting to endanger her friends and always willing to fly solo should it be convenient for others. She never backs down from a challenge and even in the face of overwhelming adversity will take on any threat. In short, she could be described as a modern day knight.
Flaws:
- Prideful | Julie finds it extremely difficult to back down from a challenge, regardless of how impossible that challenge may seem.
- Honorable | Although at first glance it may not seem to be much of a flaw, it can lead to very inconvenient situations. She would never hurt or kill a disarmed opponent, for example, and would never do anything that she herself considers to be 'dishonorable'. This can often put her at a drastic disadvantage against those who who do not hold the same codes of conduct that she does.
- Anxious | Julie has mild social anxiety that inhibits her ability to make friends easily or convey her feelings to others. Although she does not necessarily freak out or lose her cool around other people as you would expect, she becomes a bit reserved and silent when there's more than one or two people around.
Abilities: As a daughter of Ares, Juliette has an innate mastery over weapons in general and by simply holding a weapon is able to wield it skillfully in combat. This applies to the weapons use as an ordinary weapon. What this means is that if she were to wield a magic sword, she would be able to wield it as an ordinary sword. However, she would be able to wield it as a trained veteran swordsman. If a weapon is too heavy for her, however, she can not wield it as quickly or as effectively. Such as a giant multi-hundred pound war hammer.
Powers: Julie possesses two powers that make up her capabilities as a daughter of Ares.
Weapon Summoning: Clade is not just a simple weapon but is one bound to Juliette from birth. Although she has known nothing about it until she was thrust into the world of Greek mythology, it was always there waiting to be wielded by the daughter of Ares. What makes Clade special is that it does not exist unless summoned to Juliette's hand(s). In other words, she does not have to carry it or lug it around but instead can wait until she's in combat and instantaneously summon it to either hand. Should Clade be destroyed or damaged, she is able to release it and after ten posts, or the end of the topic, it may be summoned once more to her hand fully intact. Should it be taken or stolen, it can still be released by Juliette and it will disappear from the thieve's possession. Should the weapon be undamaged and released, it may be summoned again without a cooldown. However, if it is damaged it faces the 10 post cooldown. If Clade is summoned it can maintain its existence until it is released or severely damaged.
Battle Form:
- Spoiler:
Life Before Camp*: Juliette grew up in a small town in northern England and was raised in her early years in an environment filled with violence. Her mother's boyfriends frequently beat and abused her in front of Juliette and she was far too young to so much as comprehend what was going on most of the time. It was, in fact, not until Juliette was around the age of five that her mother had managed to move away from dating those types of men and had begun dating a nice man named David. By the time Juliette was 7, David had become her step father and he treated her as if she were his own. She knew very well that he was not her father but none the less treated him as if he were. The one question she always pondered was who her father was, but she was never able to figure it out and every time she brought it up with her mother she'd rarely get a response of any sort. Throughout her life, her mom enrolled her in numerous self defense, martial arts and fencing classes. She was often top of her class and an expert in combat in general. It was almost as if she was perfectly at home when fighting or competing. Generally put, she enjoyed overcoming obstacles and those who went up against her. All the way up to present day, Juliette enjoys nothing more than fighting and competition, excelling in both usually. It was not until one day that she learned the truth of her immortal parent and the hidden part of her life that her mother had kept from her throughout her entire life. It was not as if she had any huge event that spurred it, however. Her mother simply could not bear the guilt of keeping such a large secret from her daughter so she told her the truth. However, knowing the truth alone was a threat to her safety and thus Julie's mother sent her off to Camp Half Blood, where she could learn, train, and remain safe for the time being.
RP Example*: Juliette made her way down the hallway of her quaint little school, the damaged and aging lockers on both sides catching her gentle gaze as she watched them move with the forward motions of her feet. With each touch of her feet to the ground, she propelled herself forward that much further, making her way down the hallway effortlessly and gracefully. Within seconds she came to an abrupt halt, her feet steadfast in their position and her body lurching ever so lightly before pulling back. Someone had stepped out in front of her rather quickly, yet awkwardly, with obvious movements that spelled pubescent anxiety. It was none other than a male classmate, though not necessarily one she was accustomed to dealing with; although, she was not necessarily accustomed to having many friends, nonetheless male. He swallowed rather visibly before parting his lips to speak, his utterance hesitant and wreaking of instant regret. "W-would y-you g-" was as far as he made through his sentence, his words interrupted by a mere touch of the shoulder by the girl who stood before him. Juliette's hand lightly brushed the part of his body where his limb met his torso before opening her own mouth to interject. "Talk to me again another time. Take some time to work on your confidence." she said, rather calmly with a smile. Although she believed what she had said was more than nice enough, the boy took off running in the opposite direction immediately, leaving a flabbergasted Juliette. "Was it... something I said?" she whispered to herself, before beginning to walk forward once more, her feet carrying her to her next class.
