Sparring mates (Private)

It was 6:45 in the morning when I reached the Fields of Mars. I had woken up at 6, like always, showered, got dressed and ate a fruit salad until 6:30 and jogged for 15 minutes to warm up. Placing my armor and my sword on the ground, I decided to do some excersice until Cinderella arrived

After breakfast, Wade headed to the fields. It was now around 7, 6:57. He looked around, seeing Anabell. He motioned for her to come over. "Are you ready to get your butt kicked?"

I grinned and grabbed my weapon from the ground."We'll just have to see about that, won't we, princess?"I laughed and put the armor on quickly

"Princess? You just keep making up nicknames along the way, don't you?" Wade squinted at her. He put on the armor. He brought his mace, Tide Turner, with him. "I warn you, though, I seem to be a little bit stronger than usual in combat, probably an ability from Mars." He glared at her. "You take the first shot at me."

"Please. I'm the war godess' daughter"I smirked and swirled my sword above my head before bringing it down on his shoulder

Wade barely dodged. "Alright, that's cool. God parents don't matter, training does." He took a quick swipe at her feet, and started hovering five feet off of the ground. "What was that about love gods' children? I have a few more powers and abilities, if you'd like to test me."

I jumped up in the air to avoid his attack but frowned when I saw him hovering."Of course"I kuttered ans glared, attacking in turn more fiercely than before, aiming at his legs

Wade fell when she attacked his legs, hard, but after years of toughness and the armor helping him, he got back up, getting his mace, fairly quickly. "That will never be mentioned to Tiberia, Leandra, or Colten- err, you probably don't know any of those three." He did a fast roll, aiming the mace at her stomach, and at the same time, attempted to trip her with his leg.

I tried to jump back but fell on the ground. Funny thing, it was because of a rock although I hadn't seen his sneaky attack."Whatever the pretty boy wants"I mumbled and rolled my eyes before getting up and examining the wound on the back of my leg where the rock had torn the skin open."Nice. New scar. Goal achieved"I mumbled before attacking him, going for his head

Wade got his helmet knocked off a nice bruise. He growled a little. He took the mace and swung it at her wildly. "So it's 'pretty boy' now. That's great." He rolled his eyes.

"Shut it, Cinderella"I grumbled as I blocked his mace with my sword and pushed him back."Feel lucky I only reserve Miss New Rome for special occasions"

OOC: Sorry for all the short posting. I'm off to sleep now, good night and I'll see you tomorrow

"Keep up the nicknames." He smirked, twirling his mace. He picked up his helmet, quickly putting it back on, before taking another quick strike at her.

This time I didn't manage to avoid his attack or block it so he hit my left arm, causing a big gash just below my shoulder. I stood for a moment to admire it."Wow. Seems like you're not completely useless after all, only for the most part"

"I would like to think that I could kick most people in this camp's butt. Do you need a break for healing up?" He smirked, swinging his mace.

"Would a monster ever give you a break to heal?"I smirked and swang at his stomach before changing direction in the last minute and going for his shoulder

Wade was suddenly hit by her, and he wasn't going to lie, it hurt. "Ow," he muttered. "No, but I'm not a monster, and this is training. We can just hope you'll never run into a monster. We can just hope no demigod ever has to run into a monster. But it happens." He swung wildly with his mace with the opposite arm of where his shoulder was hit. "So, do you have any powers or anything?"

I frowned and ignored his question, barely managing to block his mace with my sword, although I did get a small scratch. I then pushed him away and kicked him while I tried to stab his side

Wade felt her kick him, luckily due to the armor, it didn't do much. Wade suddenly felt a pain his side, seeing some blood coming. He coughed, going to the ground. He quickly took off his armor, to see himself bleeding. He took off his shirt, tieing it around his wound, and put his armor on quickly. Getting surprisingly angry, he charged her, swinging his mace as fast as he could with all his might, aiming for everything.

I chgckled at his suddennchange of behavior. "Now we're talking"I mumbled as the fight got fierce, either dodging or blockihg his attacks while simuteniously attacking him in the same crazed manner as he was

Wade dodged most of her hits, but got bruised quite a few times. He smirked, before saying, "so, about my powers. I can make people angry, make two people in love for a short period of time, I can talk to various animals. I can sense who has a crush on who. I can..." he thought, while attempting to flip her over his uninjured shoulder.

I growled and pushed his mace away with my sword before charging at him, very similarly to an angry bull. I slashed at him repeatedly, hoping to make him hurt and bleed some more. Maybe I was indeed a tiny little bit messed up after all

Wade got cut up quite a bit, and was knocked back. He chuckled. "Alright, you won, fair match." He held his hand up to shake, getting off the ground. He took his armor off. His shirt, wrapped around his stomach, now had a red dot on the side she hit him. He examined it. "I think I'll be fine." His shoulder was also cut up, on the same side. "I'll just get an Apollo kid or some ambrosia or nectar."

"Yeah, whatever."I mumbled and grabbed my bag, puling it over my shoulders."I'll see you around, I guess"I said before heading back to the third cohort barracks

Wade nodded, going to his cohort barracks.
