Mercury landed in the barracks and walked in, someone was probably going to try and kill him. It's what all these kids were trained to do. He looked around, the coast was clear, so he quickly moved through searching for the girl's bed before he was seen. There it was. Now, which gift was it. He dropped his bag and fumbled through it, looking for it. "It was the big one..." He though to himself. There it was, in a strange horn like shape. He picked it up and dropped it on the bed, hoping whatever was inside the brown wrapping paper wasn't fragile, and then he picked up his bag ready to leave. Suddenly he remembered there was a second part, so he reached in and dropped the second object on the bed beside it. "Finally time to go."
