"All righty!"Sophie said excitedly. Sophie brought her Chakrams into a ready stance and then lashed out in a crescent arc with the left one just to kick things off. She kept her other chakram in front of her body just in case he launched an attack after she did.

Clink goes the shield as the Chakram him it. Maverick on the other hand didn't budge as Sophie continues to attack.
One could say Maverick is the best endurer or defender, but a fight doesn't entirely made up of that.
Maverick put away the shield once he got the chance and slashed his sword upward.

Sophie used both her Charkrams and slashed downwards and hit the sword with enough force to either disarm someone or just knock them off balance. After the blow Sophie did she readied for any opening.

Ooof! Maverick uttered as the sword flew away from his hands to some feet away at his back as he stumbled out of balance and onto his buttocks. "Not again! This is why I don't like weapons, cuz they too doesn't like me enough to stay in my hands" he thought to himself.

He held out his shield to protect himself from any follow-up attack Sophie would lash out as he was getting up.

Sophie momentarily remembering what happened last fight ran towards Mavericks dropped sword, put her right Chakram in its holder, and picked up his sword.

"Now there will be no more surprises out of you."Sophie said while biting back a small giggle. She sounded so serious and smart. Nothing close to what people normally perceive her as.

Maverick cringed his eyes, expecting a following attack from Sophie when an eerie silence befall him.
That's odd.... Maverick thought as he stood up and moved his shield away.
That''s when he saw Sophie got his sword in her hands pointing directly at him.
Ohhhh, that's where you went... he realized Okay, you win Sophie... Maverick barely uttered as the two consecutive fights left him out of breath

"Good fight!"Sophie smiled as she returned Mavericks sword to him and sheathed her last chakram."Just one word of advice. Keep a tighter grip on that sword of yours.If you guys want we can go get something to eat to recharge out energy."Food did sound really good to her right about now. Her thoughts trailed off as food ran through her mind.

Yeah, food sounds great Russ said after being quiet for a long time, watching the both of them duelling. He jumped to his feet, strap Diplisopsis to his side.
