BIC: Phil had prepared his whole life for this- not really. Terminus had let him in New Rome. Freaking finally, thought the probatio son of Mercury. He had been there for a handful of months but apparently he wasn't proper enough to get access. Untill he had decided to actually brush his hair, wear a holeless t-shirt (one with the Attack on Titan Scout logo on it) and don't bring his gladius with him. Funny story, weapons weren't allowed in New Rome though bloody murders via various methods were rather common. So, Phil was taking the city in. Beautiful a scenery for sure.He arrived at the forum but -so much for 'taking the city in- he ended up bumping at someone. Someone who was definitely older, if he may add. Uh... oops? "Sorry, man, my bad." he said, ready to forget about this and just go on with his day.

Rain Wilson. Brother of Rain-na. He was looking at him in a funny way Alright. Someone didn't appreciate his sense of humor. Granted, he did look troubled. Maybe Titan Wars ain't no pushovers.
