Personality: He is Quiet and loves Peace and Quiet. He has Schizophrenia that developed around 10 and he shows what he sees through Art, its minor but he still gets hallucinations. Sometimes he breaks down into tears from memories of his past. He quotes Poetry and Books instead of talking sometimes. He considers himself Straight but has thoughts about other Boys and disagrees with himself sort of like he is Arguing with himself.  He sufers from depression, it can get very bad.
Flaws: Schizophrenia,Socially Awkward, Big Ears (He is insecure about them), Depression, Self-Denial.
Abilities: Viktor can tell how something was Made or Painted.
Powers:

*He can Craft a Clay Figure that is 1.3 Times bigger than him, he can fully control the Clay Figurine (2 times Per Topic, Lasts 5 Posts 6 Post Cooldown, Immobilized while controlling).

*He can make Statues come to life and attack enemies (4 Times Per Topic, Lasts 5 Posts, 6 Post Cooldown, Have to be Lower than 7 Feet and less than 400 lbs).

Life Before Camp: He was born in Berlin, Germany. His dad was a Wonderful Artist, he never shared it with anyone other than Techne. He only developed Insanity after Techne told him who she was and that she had to leave a week after Viktor's birth. His father often beat him without knowing he was do to his insanity. Viktor was taken away from his father, later that year his Father set Himself his House and his Artwork aflame, claiming a Deity told him to. Viktor hated life after that and was in and of Foster Homes until one day at the age of 12 he ran and ran, he was attacked by a Bear Sized Hellhound but luckily a Demigod was on a Quest to kill the Hellhound. The Demigod slayed the Hellhound; The Demigod could also tell Viktor was a Demigod due to the fact Viktor saw everything that was happening. He then arrived at CHB, and he was claimed later that year.
RP Example: Viktor sat at the table reading a Book, he looked over to another Demigod, he was Handsome. Viktor tried not to look at him but he couldn't help himself. The Demigod gave him a Glance and Smiled, Viktor about fell out of his chair, the Demigod was walking towards him. He was having a Small Panic Attack, the Demigod sat Beside him Viktor thought of what to say franticly "You're Hot." he said without thinking the Demigod gave him a Weird glance and Walked Away.

Do you have any sources about Techne? The only reliable one I can find via Google is from Theoi, but it hardly has anything about her. 

How bad is his schizophrenia? When did it develop?

How are big ears a flaw? Is he very insecure about them?

No, Theoi was the only place I could find her. Techne matched the character I was picturing so I went with it.

I'm gonna suggest you find another god parent; while Theoi is usually a reliable source, having so little information about her even there isn't exactly ideal. For example, Athena's a goddess of crafts/art, although you might need to tone down the powers.
