Hanako's Bunk

Hanako let out a groan as she did a face-plant into her pillow. To say she was exhausted would be an understatement. You would think after a year, she would be used to all the training and war games. Hanako liked to argue that no sane human being could be used to this. But she did enjoy it as well. And if it stopped monsters from killing her, she would be all for it.

Though she also blamed her armor. It was very heavy. She was not. If anything, Hanako was tiny. Perhaps even the tiniest in the Legion. But if she complained about being tiny, people would treat her like she's fragile. She chuckled to herself. 'Everything is just complicated...' Hanako thought.

"Hanako?" Sasha leaned into the barrack, glancing around. "We're up for tower duty in five minutes!"

Tower duty was when two or more legionnaires manned the ballistae and catapults on top of the watch towers. With all the demigods in Camp Jupiter, monsters were likely to show up, expecting dinner. It was Hanako and Sasha's job to make sure no one died for the next hour or so.

OOC: She's African/Asian. Her curls are pulled into a messy braid held by a kawaii hairtie, she's wearing soldier gear (aka camouflage pants, combat boots, helmet and Camp Jupiter tee). Her sword belt is slung over her shoulder and there are some bees on her neck.

Right. She had tower duty tonight. For some reason, Hanako completely forgot about the whole thing. Well, it wasn't her favourite job to do. She found it quite boring, all you did was sit around until a monster got close, then you loaded up the ballistae and watched the monster explode into golden dust. It was actually pretty in some ways.

"Gimme just a second!" Hanako replied to Sasha before leaping out of bed. She didn't want to be late for her job after all. Gods only know what the centurions would do to her. She sped out of the barracks, wearing a magenta hoodie covering a white shirt, as well as a pair of beige cargo pants and a golden breastplate. Her dagger was sheathed by her waist. And her hair was pulled back in a tight ponytail.

Hanako looked at Sasha and grinned. "Nice bees. Are you ready to head out?"
