It depends on how big they are. If they are like under four feet, yes. But she hates doing it 'cause she's nice. If the persom is bigger than four feet. . . It's never gonna happen. The person would take 10-20 seconds.

Powers: she can make flowers appear wherever she wants (mostly tulips) for 10 times a day,  20 flowers an hhour. Wheever she sees a dead flower, she could make it alive again just by holding the stem. She could do that by holding the stem and in 5-10 seconds, its alive again. she could do that 15 times a day, 1 time an hour
     
Life Before CHB: Princess Peach was a princess of Mushroom Kingdom. She was always kidnapped by the evil turtle thing, Bowser. Bowser would always kidnap her, for the dream of ruling the Mushroom Kingdom himself. But Princess Peach was always saved by The plumber, Mario, and she would occasionally see his brother, Luigi with them. In the meanwhile, her best friend Daisy would take care of the castle and the little Mushroom things. But how did se get to CHB? Well, Bowser kidnappe her one day, and stopped in front of CHB or a rest. After he was fully energized again, he continued on his journey, but forgot a sack. She opened the sack and climbed out. Then she wandered around until she didnt notice she entered the borders of CHB.
  
RP example: I skip into the garden. Flowers grew every skip I made and I giggle. I pick them up carefully an threw them around, careful not to step on any. Daisy skipped in, growing vines, since she, herself was a daughter of Demeter. We giggle together then sat down to rest for awhile, admiring the plant work. 
"So, how's Luigi?" I ask.
"Oh, the same as ever" She giggled. "How's Mario?"
"The same as ever" I giggle. We skip around again until it was time for the flowers and vines to be picked up. We arranged them in the garden and went inside the castle.

Life Before CHB: She was abandoned at the age of 2. She was left on the steps of the Reed family and they adopted her. Then one day, she was walking around at the age of 4 and got lost. She wandered to another family, the Figits, and they adopted her. She ran away at the age of 7 and went all the way to the USA, (She was only at the south part of Canada) and got adopted AGAIN by the Zels in Pennslyvania. She ran away again, at the age of 10 and went all the way o New York. She accidently went through the borders of CHB and stayed there.

RP example: I skip in. Hmm, what to do? I unpack all my stuff and start setting my bed. I lay on my bed and get out a book. Nah, boring. I put the book next to me and sit up. "Heather" I whistle. I smile as she flys and perches on my shoulder. "Let's go" I smile and skip out.
