Life Before CHB*: Living in the streets of Toronto Richard was used to being picked on kicked around et cetera. Not knowing much about school and money Richard lived in the alleys stealing money from random people. After being attacked multiple times by creatures that he couldn't explain he met a companion, a over sized dog that he didn't realize was a tartarian dog. finally found by a random girl in black. With a swift black light he had been taken away to a mysterious camp
RP Example*: the beast was quick but I was quicker it lept into the air and into the ground, and like that it was gone. I turned and walked away when the earth started to rumble. I spun around expecting to see Amphisbaena, but she wasn't there. The ground exploded under my feet sending me flying through the air. I landed hard on the pavement. "Your time is up Richard, the others will be freeded and the Gods destroyed" "Gods, what do yuo mean Gods" before I got an answer there was a murky, black stream that flew above my head and into Amphisbaena. "What the," I mumbled. There was another blast then another and finally the darkness itself seemed to come alive and swallow Amphisbaena up. "Richard your time has come"

So that is the first character for me to make so I don't know if i did it right sorry

What can he make the spells do? How many times a day?

what do you mean how many times a day?

Like, how many spells he can use until he faints/becomes too weak.

Since he is a beginner he can only use 5 minor spells in 2 hours and 1 major spell

example of minor spells: shooting shadow beams/balls, or causing a single person to change there mind, or calling up a portal

Major spells examples: making a blast of dark energy all around him, or causing someone to fall into a death like sleep, or creating a new monster (such as a cydra. A hydra with a cyclops body a strength.)

Would the death-like sleep be temporary?

yes it will only work for around 24-48 hours so it is something to knock em out for a couple of days (could be less if you want)

Most powerful spell?

no. I think the most powerful spell would merging new monsters together out of basic things or even combining monster to make something powerful

Life Before CHB: At a young age of 8 Achilles was abandoned by his drunk under protective father and had to learn about the gods by himself within 2 years at the age of ten he learnt that he could perform magic and gotten a sign that Hecate was his mother. From 10 years old to 15 he practices nonstop magic until he perfected everything he knew. Every day he works at improving his other skills and pain tolerance, He was 15 and a half before any monster ever attacked him and that monster was destroyed within seconds and of course one simple spell. From then on he decided he needed protection and seeked out CHB.
RP Example*: “Richard! Your training is starting, so get your butt in gear!” “Fine” Let’s begin with the basic air elemental spells. Levitate yourself using magic and controlling air currents. Fine I imagined being as light as a feather, and the air carrying me through the air. I felt my feet rising. I continued to think, I started to rise faster. I opened my eyes and saw I was rising and fairly quickly I then thought I don't know how to stop, there was one way that I learnt right away, the roof is a solid and no beginners magic will change that. My head smashed right into the ceiling. I stopped rising and started to fall. I hit my bed and bounced back up, I landed square on my feet.
"Well you learnt one way to stop"Achilles laughed. "Now the other way is imagine your entire wait coming back to you slowly."

Yes but since he has trained with his mother he has a very high tolerance and can perform multiple strong magic spells (3) in an hour and over 15 minor spells before he gets close to passing out along with that he has a high recovery rate. Also the downside his he isn't good with physical damage so it is kinda two slashes and he passes out form pain

I can change the amount of times with the power if you want

okay I changed the before thing so it doesn't go into trainign with any gods or goddesses or anything about a school along with that I added a few flaws (I also extended the Before CHB to over 5 sentences)
