Life before CBH: Alicia Stone was a student at Amber-field Middle School. Her dad was a teacher at Indiana University. She didn't have any friends except for Ella. Ella was really weird, but she wasn't mean like the other girls. Alicia was always fasinated with Greek Mythology. She knew lots of myth. Her goal was to learn them all by the the time she was 30. One thing that always made Alicia stand out was her imagination.
RP example: I walked towards home as the bus drove away. I crunched leaves on the sidewalk. I had an awakward feeling that someone was watching me. I spun around on my heels. i saw a giant shadow behind me. My heart started to beat fast.

Life before CHB:Sasha lived in Hartford, Conneticet. she went to Clover middle school. She was a loner, no friends. She loved art and band. She was always teased by other girls. Her family was struggling with money, but sometimes she and her mom would go to New York City and see a Broadway show. Sasha loved the theatre and always wanted to be an actress.

Life before CHB: Helen loved ready about the trojan war. Her dad always bought her books about
Greek mythology. Her best friend in school was Regina Hill. Regina was not a saytar, but knew that Helen was a demi-god. SHe tried to keep Helen away from Allie the school Saytar. But it didn't work.
RP example: Regina waved to me as the bus pulled away. I keep walking and thinking. About Helen of Troy. Beautiful, but not to smart. Helen wished that she had known Helen of Troy. Mabaye she could have talked her out of leaving Sparta. What was she thinking. Helen of Troy didn't exsist.
