Life Before CHB*: Ryan was always known as the "tough girl." She never let anyone mess with her, not like they would anyway. She was involved in every sport, every club, and got excellent grades in school. Not because she really cared, but because her competitive side took over and wouldn't allow anyone to be better or smarter than her. Most people stayed away from her because she was so rough and pushy, except for one guy named Alex. He was a crippled boy with crutches, and at first Ryan looked down on him, but he was so nice and persistent to be her friend that she couldn't help but fall in love with his personality and become best friends. She was playing in a school volleyball game when a few of the girls on the other team turned into monsters and attacked her. Alex saved her and brought her to Camp Half Blood.

RP Example*: "Common guys, seriously? It's not that scary." She said while ducking under a few tree branches. Her friend Alex, the sytur, and Arie, one of the daughters of Aphrodite were following her through a creepy forest on a quest. Arie had been complaining the whole time and Ryan had learned to tune her out. Suddenly, Ryan felt a shaking in the ground and the trees began to sway. "Hold up guys... something is wrong." She said holding her arm out for them to stop. Boom, boom, boom. Something was coming. "Arie, get your arrows and Alex, keep your ground," She commanded. "Something is coming this way... and it's big."

Life Before CHB*: Tyler was a nice guy, on the football, baseball, and soccer team, and got good grades in his classes, especially math and science. Girls fell all over him and he knew it, but it didn't make him a jerk. His best friend is Lucas who is in a wheel chair. He discovered around the time of freshman year that when he was around people who were sick, they instantly felt better. One day he was playing in a soccer game when the ground began to rattle and shake. A huge monster burst from the ground and attacked him. Luckily Lucas was there and saved him and took him to Camp Half Blood.

RP Example*: "Oh common Ariel." He said with a smile. "Come with me. It will be fun." He said, holding her and looking into her eyes. She had beautiful blue eyes and he could get lost in them. "Plus," he added his face turning serious. "I'll miss you too much if I have to leave you." He touched her cheek with his hand and she blushed. He loved when she blushed. Ariel nodded to accept the quest with him, stricken speechless. Tyler smiled and leaned down and kissed her gently, so happy that he could spend this time with her.

Worst illness he can cure? And what do you mean by "feel better", and how much better?

Feel better as in say you have the stomach flu. If he touches you, you're not nausious anymore, no bad headaches, no cold sweats, that sort of thing.

Worst illness... hmm, I'm going to say like the flu or food poisoning, that sort of stuff. Nothing like he can cure cancer or chicken pox. None of that.

How many times a day?

Making people feel better doesn't have a limit,
but he can only cure an illness/sickness if he is in full strength. (if he is sick himself or injured, he can't heal anyone)

He has to have a limit to all his powers.

Uhmm, ok. :silent: Lets see:

Making people feel better can only last an hour, maybe two.
Andddd, curing a sickness/illness can only occur once a day.

But how many times a day can he make people feel better for an hour?

Powers(must relate to god parent; optional):Can produce a strong beam of light from his hands, used for seeing in dark areas and temporarily blinding enemies. Can only be used 5 times a day, and he should at least wait 30 minutes until using his power again. If he doesn't wait, he gets progressively weaker. The beam is weak when he is sick and cannot be used when he is injured.

Life Before CHB*:Jake was the lead guitar and singer in his bad that he had with a few friends. His band was pretty popular with his school which made him popular. Though the popularity never got to his head. Jake was a nice guy and was always there for people. He could be tough when he needed to but he never physically injured anyone, which made the ladies fall all over him. He was playing a gig at the school dance when a few students turned into monsters and attacked him. One of the girls in the crowed turned out to be a saytur who saved his life and took him to Camp Half Blood.

RP Example*:"Sam! Lookout!" He shouted to his friend who was being attacked by a monster. They were on a quest and got cornered by a huge ugly monster. Jake ran over to Sam who had gotten knocked off his feet. "Dude, are you ok?" He asked Sam. Sam nodded his head, and his eyes widened when he opened them. Jake swung around to see the monster closing in on him. Jake closed his eyes and thrust out his hand as a bright beam of light shot out right into the monsters eyes. Jake heard a ground shaking shriek and then a thud. He and Sam looked to see the monster on the ground looking all over from his temporary loss of sight. "Common, this is our chance!" Jake said grabbing Sam by the arm and dragging him around the monster and out of harms way.

How long can it blind his enemies? and how long will he be able to see if he is using it as a light?

The light at full power can blind and enemy for up to an hour. If he doesn't wait his 30 minute time period in between, the light gets less powerful as he grows weaker, making the blinding effect last less and less. I would say if he hits a monster his last (5th) time without waiting, the blinding may only last 5 minutes.

He can use his light as a flashlight for up to and hour. Same rules apply to this as does the blinding process when he doesn't wait in between uses.

Example: If someone is about to attack her, if desired, she can calm a persons emotions to the point where they don't want to fight. She can use this ability 5 times a day so long as she is not sick or injured. This change of emotion can only last 5 hours.

Life Before CHB*: Cecilia was always the nice girl in the crowd. She never got in trouble, never got in fights, and no one can even remember the last time she ever yelled at someone. Many people admired her for doing so well in school aside from her dyslexia and ADD. She had a lot of friends. Then one day, there were 3 new girls at Cecilia's school. 3 new mean girls. They taunted her all the time. When they got fed up with her still staying so calm and sweet, they showed their true form, monsters, and attacked her. She refused to fight them and she ran. Thankfully one of her friends was a saytur and saved her and brought her to Camp Half Blood.

RP Example*: Cecilia was alone, in the forest, beyond the boundaries of Camp Half Blood. She was looking for Allen, one of her friends who was trying to be brave to impress a girl he liked. Allen hadn't came back yet, so Cecilia went off to find him. All she could hear was the crunching of the leaves underneath her feet. "You can't do this!" She heard from behind a mass of trees. That was Allen's voice. She broke out into a sprint and came upon Allen and another demigod. Allen was tied to a tree while the other, who's attention was now focused on Cecilia, had obviously been up to no good. "What are you doing here?!" The boy shouted at her. "I came looking for Allen.. and I guess I found him." Allen looked at her sheepishly. The boy ran at her with his sword drawn. Cecilia screamed and side stepped, grabbing hold of the boys arm. She focused all her energy on her calming ability and transferring it into his body and soul. The boy instantly stopped and turned to look at her. "What did you do to me?" He asked. "I gave you peace. Took away your anger and hatred, and turned it into calm and peacefulness." The boy just stared at her. "Now go back." He nodded and walked away from her and Allen. Cecilia helped Allen off of the tree and lead him back to Camp Half Blood.

Any notes about your characters: She uses her powers as her weapon, and once the person is calm, she will try to talk things out with them and convince them that they don't want to cause her any harm before the effects of her power wears off.

How quickly can she calm a person down? And how long, if at all, does she have to wait between each use?
Does she have to be touching the person she is trying to calm down? Can they resist the calmness?

She can begin calm a person instantly, and it only takes about 5 seconds to fully calm that person down. She doesn't have to wait in between uses, but she only has 5 chances, no exceptions. She must be skin to skin contact for her power to work,and only very strong demigods can resist.

I think 5 hours is too long for her power. Our usual limits are around something like 45 minutes.
