Powers(must relate to god parent; optional): He can shine a light in a direction or light up a room but can also intensify the light making it very hot. This drains a lot of energy. He can make a beam of the light 10 times a day for 10 minutes at a time and the lighting up a room only once and it usually makes him very close to passin out. It about 10 seconds. It has a radius 0f 10ft max and it can get up to 200 degrees hot but it also makes him pass out which is why he never lets it get that hot. He gets power from the sun and his powers in the moon are weakened but still there.
Life Before CHB*: Eli's worst year in his life was 8th grade. He repeatedly got tormented by his peers but that he could live with but what snapped the last nerve of his was when he was forced by himself to tell the truth when the girl of his dreams asked him "So do you like me or what?" She meant it sarcastically but Eli was forced to answer it truthfully and he said exactly "You're the girl of my dreams." When she decidedly doubletaked before slapping him across the face. After that Eli tormented even more and finally started skipping school. When his mom found out they grounded him and that was the day when the satyr came. He was Eli's savior. He became a close friend before in the summer he spilled. He told him who he was, who his dad was, and finally where he had to go. Eli left without a second glance only pausing to say bye to his mother (Who was tearful at the time.) He decided he was goign to start fresh but didn't know how he was going to combat the problem of being forced to tell the truth at all times...
RP Example*: Eli bounded up the steps of the library stopping only when he saw a book that was on the shelves that stood out to him for some reason. What he finally discovered was that the book was huge it must have had over one thousand pages. That's what had drawn him to it. What he saw inside was what surprised him. The book was completely empty and had no library stamp or number. He tucked it in one of the inside pockets of his too large coat before walking from the library feeling strangely guilty about the whole ordeal.
Any notes about your characters: Acts much older than his age.
