"Actually, I'm from Italy, but my mother got pregnant when she was on a holiday in the U.S, and when I was four years old, we moved to Los Angeles, but she became an alcoholic, and I lived in a box on the street until I turned 12," I told them. My voice was sad, and I turned away in order not to show my face.
