"Oh, no." Nigel said, drenching another couple with a wave. He chuckled.
"You will stay my bodyguard until I deem you useless. Let's hope that doesn't happen. Anyway, meet Hammer," Nigel said, gesturing to shake hands.
"I'm Hammer." Hammer said, a bit grudgingly.
Why on earth would Nigel hire this kid? He's a small boy. Although, that fire ball was cool. The youngest I fought of Hephaestus's children that could do that was a 14 year old boy. This kid has potential.

She suddenly stopped. What was happening to her? She was always cheerful, and now she was close to yell at somebody. She was even ironical!
She tried to apologize, but dropped it.
Kay lowered her gaze onto the ground and started drawing "Demeter" in Greek alphabet on the sand with the tip of her foot.

"What are you going to do, little girl, spit at me?" He asked sarcastically. He was feeling a bit confronted, a girl who caught him red handed, and Jill, whom was number one on his nuisance list at the moment.
A daughter of Demeter? It's no wonder why I've never fought her, Demeter's children never fight. Hammer thought. He seen Nigel look evilly at the small girl. Nigel sure does get himself in a lot of trouble. Can't wait to fight his fights.

Jill walked over to them, holding her sword in her uninjured hand. She greeted the anorexic girl.
- I'm Jill Valley, she introduced herself. His sister, she pointed at Mason.
Jill glared angrily at Nigel.
- And anyway, if I would be spitting at you, you've got a whole bunch of precious clothes at home to change yourself, don't you?
She imagined the pile of clothes.
- I'd like to spat at all of them. But unfortunately, I only succeeded in purifying the ones you're wearing at the moment.
- Hey, she said cheerfully. Who are you?

It was incredible how her shyness just disappeared when she was angry.
She let out her anger at the big lad.
- And who're you to tell me what to do? she snapped.
It was a bit odd, because she, the ten-year-old, was looking up at the muscular seventeen-year-old, talking to him as if he were smaller than her.
- This is my personal matter. With Nigel. And Mason, she added. No one else takes part.
Jana Kay put a hand on the little girl's shoulder.
- Be careful, she said.
Jill shook the girl's hand off.

"Suit yourself." Hammer smiled. He didn't care if Nigel ordered him to take care of the girl or not, he wouldn't deal with a girl who's head was as big as his bicep.
