After carefully watching Jenn tried to clamber up on top of the horse only to slip off twice.

"how is sticky my butt out going to get me up into the stirrups and onto the horse?" Jenn looked at her dubiously. Silently the instructor came over with a large crate. "stand on this and get on up." the man grumbled. Jenn nodded and quickly mounted, though she slipped a few times. "okay. So looking down was not a good idea." she said snapping her eyes close.

Jenn's grip on the reins was tight though the reins themselves were loose and not pulling on the horse's mouth. "heights... Are not nice." she opened her green eyes slowly.

Sure enough when the instructor pressed for a fast gait and the horse began to trott Jenn flopped and flailed and fell. Out of habit more than anything she landed, her body rolling before she gracefully sprang up onto her feet. Her long red hair was dusty and her eyes sparkled with tears before she stubbornly blinked them away as she flushed in embarassed mortification
