"roomy," I say looking Around. I set up a fire and I sit down on a rock, studying the natural rock structure.

A I sit quietly in my cave. I get an idea and stand up. I raise my arm and I shoot the walls of rock with lightning, making the walls glow.

J I saw a glowing off to one side and turned curiously. I popped open my pocket knives just in case and walked over to a cave. I saw Adrian inside and put my knives away smiling. "Hey," I said uncomfortably and stepped inside. "Sorry about earlier. Y'know, Aphrodite kids." I snorted awkwardly, trying to be friendly.

I stared at his tatoo wordlessly. It meant so much to me, but I didn't know why. That chunk of memory was gone. I opened my mouth, then closed it. I looked at my palms. Up and down were scars. My arms were scarred. Then I remembered a "gift" from when I was fourteen. I tilted my neck to the light of the fire to show the two-inch-deep cut that started at my jaw and ended at my waist. It still didn't heal completely.

My entire body froze. I never considered the man to be Ares. My eye twitched as my memory flooded back. I spoke everything aloud. "He came out of no where, picking me up from school. The kids were laughing at me as usual. I got in two fights that day. My foster family broke my arm the day before. The man said, "Come, Jacin. We're going to a special place." He looked like me, same green eyes and scars. I don't trust him. He grabbed my good arm and towed me away. I called for help, but the kids laughed at me and the adults ignored me. He wore a suit.
