Sebastian's eyes are a swirling mass of various shades of blue, with an icy grey tint.
Hair:
Seb's hair is a sort of bleach blonde, with a dark blonde base, intertwined with lighter strands occasionally. He doesn’t really give a damn about how he looks, so he usually just leaves his hair however it was when he woke up, with it looking like a bird’s nest most of the time. If he’s being forced to go to a formal event, he will attempt to calm it, but otherwise don’t expect him to try to calm it for you.
Height:
Sebastian stands at 5'10", which he isn't too happy about. After having an older brother who's at least 6'3", he's desperate to become taller. Seb always strives for the best.

Sebby doesn't have much of a muscly build. His limbs are well-filled out, although he's not overly-muscular.

Talents:

Sebastian has a brilliant memory when it comes to words, and can recite entire paragraphs of stories, including the whole of Act One-Scene One from Romeo&Juliet.
Sebby is very quick on his feet, speedy and agile. He prides himself on the fact that he won the 800m race at his school sports day for three years in a row, despite being in the lowest set for P.E.
It's not just his feet that are light. He's very light fingered as well, and has just enough intelligence to use his sneakiness in ways that benefit himself.

No weapon, are you sure? How will he defend himself? You need to add at least three flaws. It is okay that he does not have powers, a lot of demigods do not have any. You need to include life before CHB and an RP example. Both have to be five sentences at the minimum each.
