Flaws: If anyone questions her courage she will do whatever to prove them wrong. This is a flaw because sometimes she will get herself into dangerous situations cuz someone called her chicken. Another flaw is her intelligence sometimes gets the better of her. She thinks she knows everything at times and doesn't allow herself to be taught to become better at something. And the last of her flaws is she has a fear of heights. This is a problem because it a nessacery skill for a demigod t be able to ride a pegasus.

Life Before CHB*: She lived with her father in New York. She went to school at West New York academy. Which she has always hated. She always begged her dad to change schools but he never listens to her because he is always so caught up working. She has never been a popular girl at school. Most girls found her unattractive and annoying. She was on the track team when she attended school because she is an excellent runner.
RP Example*: I keep on running. Im almost out of breath. Keep on going, I sayto myself. I risk a quick glance back only to find the weird boy still chasing me with a sword in his hand and a crazy look in his eye. And suddenly I get a weird feeling that I can take this boy down. Life Before CHB: She lived with her dad in Colorado but when she turned 16 more monsters started to attack her. Her dad took her to New York to live with her Aunt. There, her Aunt explained to her about demigods. And her father told her about how he had fallen in love with a goddess. Courtney had wanted him to tell her who her mother was but he said she would find out soon. Her Aunt had then told her about CHB and took her there.
RP Example: I stand there looking at the shining golden fleece that keeps Thalia's tree healthy. I hear someone come up behind me and I turn around. A girl is standing there with a Sword in her hand. "Hello", I say to her. "Is there something I can help you with?". She shakes her head but doesn't say any words. I shrug and turn around. Next thing you know the girls sword is on my neck. I reach my pocket and take out my emergency knife. My normal weapon is a sword but I didn't bring that with me. I get a tighter grig on the handle and stick it in her stomach. The girl evaporates into dust and I run back into the camp borders.

Powers: she can create a sea storm (fresh or salt water) for up to 7 min. When she does though she will usually pass out for an hour or so. If it is a short one she will just feel extremely tired after it. The storm can cover up to a 12 foot diameter if wanted. And her powers can be used 5 times a day. Wind speeds to up to 30 mph. She can make a storm around the person targeted. She has to be fairly close to the water. Up to 5 feet away
Life Before CHB:. May lived with her mom in alaska in a small house because they didn't have a lot of money. One night May had went out to the woods to practice her archery skills when her mom stayed at home making dinner. While she was out a monster had come and attacked her poor May had never seen such a thing before so she started to run home to her mother. The monster had followed May straight into the house and killed her mom. May then defeated the monster by killing it with a kitchen knife. May tried to explain the story to the police and hospital but no one would believe her. They then sent May to live with her grandmother in New York where she was introduced to CHB.
RP Example:I stand by the lake thinking about my mother. I think about the night she was killed because of a stupid monster.Its all my fault. Everyone tells me it wasn't but I know it was, if I hadn't led him there she wouldn't be dead. I have been trying to get some sleep but I know I won't be able to unless i knock myself out. So slowly I whip up a sea storm. The mins. pass by and I become super weak my nose starts to bleed and the world starts to fade away. I fall on the shore completely dead to the world.

How much of an area do her storms take up, and how many times a day can she use them?

30 mile radius is waaaaayyyy too much. We prefer around a diameter of around 10 to 13 ft. Is she supposed to be in the middle of the storm controlling it, or can she place it around other people? How strong is the storm (as in, the wind speeds and such)?

If her person has wind/storm powers similar to hers, can they counter her powers? Does she have to be close to a large body of water to use her powers? (You mean a 12 foot diameter, right?) I suggest cutting off maybe around six or seven minutes for how long she can use the storm.

I think the power of the storm would be a lot weaker if she were using a pond.... I suggest you stick with just large bodies of water (like the lake and the beach). How far away can she be from the body of water at most to use her powers?
