by Finnick sighed, as he saw the bus roll to a stop, onto the bus stop. He stepped up, paying about two fifty, the typical bus fare. He exchanged a polite hello with the bus driver, before searching a free seat. He found two seats that were empty, and felt relieved that he won't have to sit next to some old homeless person...well for now, as he walked over, and sat down, staring out the window.

Linda had been standing at the bus stop for what felt like hours. She just was tired and wanted to go back home, to the Camp. The bus arrived and she drowsily got on with the crowd of people, not really aware of much. She did remember paying the bus driver and then quickly taking the first open seat she saw....unaware that she sat down right next to Finnick. She breathed asigh and looked around for a second...then her eyes grew heavy and she drifted off. She passed out and her head lay on her...friend's shoulder...

Finnick glanced down, a bit surprised by the additional pressure on his arm. Linda. It looked like she was asleep, and noticed a little trail of drool. Whatever. He looked back outside, letting the bus lead him wherever his new destination will be. He knew the city, but he always just let the bus take him wherever, since it's always fun to explore a new part of the city.

Linda unconsciously gripped Finnick's arm as she wasn't having a sound sleep. She was trapped in a dark forest...bound by chains to a tree as things kept hitting her..kicking her. Why were they doing this? What were they? She was so scared...she couldn't do a thing to keep her safe.
"Help me! Someone please help me!" Her mental form was screaming as the hits just kept coming.

Finnick frowned. That certainly wasn't normal, to continouly squeeze someone's arm as if looking for protection. He didn't want to perform this action, but he had to. With his free arm, he shook her. "Wake up!" He said, but not too loudly.

Linda could hear Finnick...could make out that he was saying to wake up. But something was holding her in her sleep. She clutched his arm tighter and whimpered a bit out of fear, "Help me....." she whispered..

Finnick smoothed down Linda's hair, it started to be quite stuck to her forehead, since beads of sweat seem to appear. "Shhhh,"He said, in a comforting tone.

Linda calmed down a bit but she was still scared. Tears were rolling down her shut eyes and she begged to wake up...but it was like the more she wanted to wake up the longer she slept

"Wake up," He chided her, as he kept smoothing back her hair, like a baby. "Wake up,"He pleaded, feeling quite bad for her, as he saw the tears. Honestly, he had no clue what to do when people cried.

Linda sob a bit longer but then..she opened her eyes. The dream faded and she woke up. She looked around, confused for a second, and then saw that she was clinging on to Finnick almost Luke her life depended on it. "S..Sorry, Finnick."She whispered to him as she rubbed the tears from her eyes.

"Sooo...where are you going?" He asked, smiling warmly at her, as he reached over to smooth down her hair. He then leaned back onto his chair, his green eyes sparkling. It seemed as if he got over his breakup with Alice.

Linda smiled as he smoothed down her hair and then sighed. "I was actually heading back to Camp Half-Blood.....but..I guess I can stay in the city a little while...if you had any ideas of things to do.." She said...almost like she was shy about it. Maybe it was cause Finnick was one of the very very few people that she could be normal around..

My friends and me take the bus to the park. Half way there the bus shuts down and we have to wait for two hours till the bus gets going again. Soon we're at the park.
