Anatkah scowled blackly, but didn't answer him.

"Can you shut up?" Anatkah snapped at him.

"Then I'm leaving," she said flatly, bending down to search for her crutches. She needed to get out of here before it was too late!

I took a quick bow then sat down again. It was at that point I realisized I was crying: I missed Anatkah.
Mr. Stevenson stood. "There will be a quick intermission as we prepare for our quartets,"
All instruments were set down in the back of the stage and four chairs set up.
Several quartets went and then Mr. Stevenson stood. "And for our final quartet, The Copper Candle Quartet, please welcome Amber Lee, Madison Shawn, Noonian Soong and Demetrius Kappel!"
The first song that was played was Cinima Paridis followed by Ashokan Farewell, and Memories, a song which usually had the audience and the orchestra sobbing. Then they played A Rush of Blood to the Head by Coldplay in which Demetrius and Noonian were entitled to sing:

The quartet ended by playing the 1st Movement of Mozart's 4th concerto, then everybody got back onstage. With Dem's chair facing the audience and the first chair violinist standing, they played Vivaldi's Summer, with Demetrius and Courtney playing the cello/violin solo. The orchestra played Russian Saliors' Dance then ended with 1812 Overture with fireworks.

Anatkah found her crutches and swung herself to her feet. She had to get away from here. Demetrius' necklace was around her neck, a constant reminder to her of how much they'd lost... and that even if he didn't give a damn over whether she lived or died, she still loved him.

Clapping erupted. The fireworks began. Demetrius, Amber and Noonian put their instruments away and went back on stage to watch the fireworks.

Anatkah glared at him. "I can manage," she snapped and started to swing herself towards the sounds of fireworks exploding. She wanted to find Dem... but at the same time... she was afraid of what would happen if she did.

chase follows her and trys to help her

Anatkah leaned against a wall and swung at him with one of her crutches. "Leave me alone," she spat.

BIC Dem: I walk down the stage trying to get a better view. I was staring at the sky and accidentally bumped into some guy (Chase)

Anatkah saw Demetrius bump into Chase and tried to flatten herself against the wall. Oh Goddess. Her heart pounded. What was she supposed to do?

Anatkah snapped right then. She slapped Chase as hard as she could and shoved him away from her as hard as she could. Unfortunately, that threw her off balance and she crumpled to the ground. Dang it, where were her crutches? Face burning, she tried to push herself into a sitting position.

Anatkah found her crutches. She was so miserable and embarrassed. With difficulty, she swung herself back into an almost-standing position. She looked from Dem to chase with a mixture of fear and apprehension. What was going to happen now?
