OOC: Oh gods!

BIC: "You okay man?"

"Seventh grade.... Field trip.... Science museum...."
My eyes shoot open. "Suppose that you solve x/5-x/2=1 by multiplying both sides by 20 rather than the least common denominator of 5 and 2(namely 10). Describe what happens. If you get the correct solution why do you think we clear the equation of fractions by multiplying by the least common denominator?"

I do the math. "I get the correct answer. Because using the least common denominator makes it easier to pin down."

"You passed out."

"Why...?" I catch sight of Amber on the cot. "Oh, gods. N-no!" I crawl towards the cot, no bother using my crutches. "Amber! Say something!" I prop myself on the cot and grip her shoulders. "You. Will. Not. Die!!!"
"No, Lizzie. I promise I didn't eat your jerky." I frown.
"Um, hello? Didn't anyone else her Living Dead over there? Something about a Noonian."

"Hey man. Let her recover."

"No, YOU let her recover, man!" I snap. I turn to Captain Brit. "WHY ARE YOU LAUGHING IN THIS SITUATION?! WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?!"
"ARE YOU DEAF, MORON? YOUR GIRLFRIEND IS ALIVE!" I rub my temples and try to calm down. Breathe, Yuvian. Breathe.
I wake up angrily. "Who's yelling?"

I blink. "The ****? I'm 12."

OOC: Agent, posted at the observatory.

I stand up and rub the sleep out of my eyes. I go to a mini-fridge and pop open a can of Coke. After a long drink I ask, "What's happening now?"
"WELL, WELL. I'M FOURTEEN---Wait, what?" I point to the irritating girl at the door. "What did you say?"
I roll my eyes. "She. Is. A. Live." I enunciate. "Wow, you're not that smart."

"Seriously man. I can tell she's alive too."

I look at Amber and a maniacal smile spreads along my face. "SHE'S ALIIIIVVVEEE!!!" I kiss both of her cheeks and her forehead. "She's alive!" I start laughing like a mad scientist. "I can't believe it!"
"Well shut up and believe it."
I frown, lost in thought. "Why did George Washinton choose to chop down a cherry tree? Why not a pomegranate tree?"

"Because, the cherry tree was all they had."

"Well they suck," I take another sip. "If all I had was a cherry tree, I would be working every single day until I have a garden. Gardens are easy, anyways." I flex my index finger and a small ball of light dances on the tip.

I nod. "True. I have a bit of a green thumb myself."

"Coolios," I sigh. "I swear I have the attention spans of a gerbil." I walk over to Jim and try to braid his hair while he's not looking.

"You think I don't? I'm 12 and have ADHD." I pull out my ocarina and play the Pokemon Battle song.

"Same... Except, well, I'm fourteen." I look at him. "Is that an ocarina? Of course it is. One sec--" I rush over to a counter and grab two long wooden picks. I drum along with his playing, making a rhythm on random object.

I continue to play.

I do the same, looking around at the same time. Guitar! I rush over happily and sling on the electric. I plug it into an amp and prepare to strike a chord. "Wait, will this disturb the patients?"
"Probably. Play it!" I grin and start playing air guitar.
I laugh harder. "Yes! Play it!" My eye twitches.

"If you want to kick it up a notch...." I grab a sound board out my bag. I begin to play the intro.

I beam excitedly and strike the chord. I swear my skull is rattling. "OH-H-H YEA-A-AH!!" I laugh, teeth vibrating.
I start cracking up, gripping my sides.
"Yes. The guitar. Play, Apollo child." I grin wickedly.

I play the background part, waiting for Demetri to play the main part.
