Samantha's bunk

rex gives pylo an odd glare and the dog whimpers.

"Told pylo do stop growling at me." he stands up and sways a little. "and quit calling me sugar rush."

"Oh so you speak dog now?" I said, "Make me."

"no but i can give an animal a stare that makes them scared." he shrugs the nickname thing off

I rolled my eyes, "Now I know what having a brother feels like, annoying." I mutted under my breath. I sat down on an empty bed.

"I heard that." he sits down next to her. His tone suddenly changes to a serious one. "Have you ever met mom before?"

"Nope, I got here a few week before you, campers go during the wiinter and summer solctices.

"do you want to meet her?"

"Really badly." I said, "You?"

"I....I do but what would we even say?"

"I don't know, how 'bout, hi we are a few of your many babies." I laughed

rex laughs as well. "i guess thats one way to say hi."

"Well, have you seen the Athena cabin?" I teased. I windered if other people had alot of brithers ans sisters. I wondered if Ruth did.

"Yes and the thing is huge. I dont even want to know how mom had so many kids so close together."

I snorted, "Omigods yes!!!!!!" I blushed cause I snorted. I startedm himming we are never getting back togehter.

he smiles "but seriously what would you say to athena if you got her alone."

I paused, "I'd tell her that my life fell apert cause of her, but now Im glad she's not here."

Rex stays silent thinking something along the same lines.

I rested my head against his sholder, "Well I got a family out of this crazy mess so Im ok with that,

He manages a smile "that is true. and you always got your big brother to help you whenever you need me."

"Unless you eeat cake,: I teased. "Your not ym only big brother anyways"

Laughs "yes unless i eat cake. but maybe that would improve my fighting." rolls eyes "i know but i want you to know if your ever in trouble you can come to this big brother."

"Hard not to come to you, cause your always with my ohana." I said.

"and do you think that is a good or bad thing?"
