Scott, it isn't my work to correct forms. People with colored names must do that. But if you read the rules, you would know that you need five complete sentences in life before CHB and RP example and at least three flaws. Your characters must have a complete name (EX: John Smith or Mary Smith.) To edit your form, you just need to click in "edit", in the up side of the post.
